General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) may be reactivated after learning the Louise August (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt) truth. Will mind-controlled Drew steal the baby for a Peter August (Wes Ramsey) delivery or at least try to?
Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) is determined to find the key to activating Drew – and Peter seems willing to offer it in exchange for protection and a family reunion.
Peter wants to be with Maxie and his daughter more than anything, but there’s a bit of a problem since he doesn’t know where Louise is.
Neither does Victor, but perhaps Drew himself could be crucial here. GH fans know Drew has vowed to help find Louise.
Drew has also had some nice bonding moments with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) lately.
There’s the potential for Maxie or Brook Lynn to spill something that tips Drew off – especially since Drew will offer a sympathetic ear during the week of January 10-14.
Maybe Brook Lynn or Maxie could break down and reveal that “Bailey Quartermaine” is actually Louise.
It’s easy to imagine a moment of weakness leading to a confession, but eavesdropping is another common way for a character to learn important info.
The point is Drew may need to know where Louise is for the sake of the story.
Although Drew might promise his silence, he’ll no longer be in control of his actions once he’s reactivated – assuming things get that far.
There’s the potential for Drew to go after Louise himself and plan to deliver her to Peter.
Of course, Drew might fight off the conditioning and come to his senses before it’s too late.
Drew’s love for Scout Cain (Ella Ramaceri) is perhaps even stronger now that he’s in her life again, so that could bring some power against these mind control tactics.
General Hospital spoilers say Drew poses a threat to Louise if he’s brought in the loop. That’s because there’s always the chance of reactivation and another nefarious mission for Peter’s sake!
