General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) may plot to destroy Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) and Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) vow renewal. Will Esme blow up the ceremony to free Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) from his stepmom?
On March 11, Esme will barge in on Nikolas and Ava while they’re planning something.
There’s a good chance Esme will interrupt Ava and Nikolas’ attempt to nail down all the details of their wedding do-over.
Although Nikolas and Ava decided on a more intimate event, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) is hoping they’ll reconsider.
Victor no doubt views this as an opportunity for the Cassadines to come together – especially Nikolas and Spencer.
Esme may agree and insist that Spencer should be there for his vow renewal ceremony.
It’s easy to imagine Esme talking about how it’ll be a night to remember with that evil look in her eyes!
Esme has actually become more supportive of Spencer making amends with Ava, but she has some good reasons to revert to their old plan – the one that ends with driving Ava out of Nikolas’ life.
First of all, Ava and Trina have a close relationship.
Esme may start to suspect Ava is rooting for Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) to win Spencer over – and that’s certainly not going to work for vengeful Esme!
That alone could be enough to make Esme want Ava less tangled up with the Cassadine clan.
Esme may hope to turn Nikolas against Ava and finally put him on the same side as Spencer when it comes to his stepmom.
Of course, we can’t forget that Spencer is supposed to pay restitution by working at the gallery under Trina.
That’s set to happen after Spencer’s prison sentence concludes, so Esme might hope she can shut the whole thing down.
Esme could plot to ruin Ava’s recommitment ceremony and make her want nothing to do with Spencer or anything else related to the Cassadines.
It might be Spencer’s ticket to getting out of the restitution arrangement in Esme’s eyes.
Whatever the case, there’s been a lot of buildup to this vow renewal – and now GH writers are seemingly bringing Esme into the planning by having her barge in on a conversation about it.
That’s a sign of potential trouble, so Esme might plot to blow up the event and destroy Nikolas’ marriage to Ava.
