General Hospital Spoilers: Friday, April 29 Update – Willow Cries Over Harmony - Nikolas Disgusts Ava – Sasha's Confession

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Friday, April 29, teases that Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) will face confession pressure while Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) disgusts Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West). Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will also cry over Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) and her regrets about their relationship, but some new shockers will change everything.

At the hospital, Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) will try to make sense of what even happened. He’ll question Sasha about the photographer who pursued her, so that’ll leave her with a choice to make.

Sasha will look teary and drained, so she may admit to doing drugs again to cope with the pain of losing Liam Corbin.

The photographer caught Sasha using and has pics to prove it, so she was speeding away with Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) and the memory card.

Of course, the show could drag the drama out a little longer instead. If so, Brando and Sasha’s discussion might be derailed by pushy Smoltz’s (David Lautman) arrival.

Smoltz will want a quote for his scandalous Sasha and Harmony story, so Brando will seethe. He’ll get physical with Smoltz – or at least try to until Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) drags Brando away.

Other GH spoilers say Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will put Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) through a grilling session.

Carly may reveal that Harmony had a psychotic break and jumped in front of Sasha’s car, so Josslyn might also find out Willow isn’t Harmony’s bio daughter.

Carly seems to think Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) could be Willow’s true mother, but she should remain careful to keep that suspicion to herself.

However, Carly will assure Joss that she’s OK and will prepare to break some other bad news to Willow.

Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will console Willow, who’ll weep over pushing Harmony away after all the Dawn of Day drama.

Willow will feel like she missed time with Harmony that she can never get back, so she’ll find that unforgivable.

Unfortunately, Harmony has done some pretty unforgivable things herself – including killing Neil Byrne (Joe Flanigan) and Brendon Byrne (Josh Coxx).

Harmony also tried to kill Carly and Alexis Davis (temporarily played by Stephanie Erb), so Willow will have to find all this out eventually.

Willow is on the verge of learning Harmony isn’t her biological mom, so Carly may drop that bomb by the end of Friday’s wild episode. Whatever the case, this shocker is indeed coming up quickly for Willow.

At the gallery, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) may confront Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) and question his loyalty thanks to what she overheard.

Spencer might think fast and insist he was just putting Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) in her place like Cameron Webber (William Lipton).

Spencer will try to convince Esme that he believes her and wants to keep working their way back to each other.

In reality, Spencer wants Esme to fall into his trap and take Trina’s place when it comes to facing consequences.

Trina isn’t privy to Spencer’s plan, so she’ll remind him that he can’t have it both ways. She’ll fume over Spencer trying to act like a friend when he’s standing by the very woman who set her up.

Spencer chose Esme as far as Trina’s concerned, so Trina will push him away.

Naturally, Esme will be loving all this conflict and will suggest people are starting to see the real Trina – the bad girl underneath the façade.

Esme is the only bad girl in this scenario, but she’ll feel confident her scheme’s going to work and send Trina to the slammer.

Fortunately, Spencer will keep doing everything in his power to make sure that doesn’t happen – even if Trina hates his guts in the meantime.

At Wyndemere, Ava will absolutely lose it when she finds out Nikolas is willing to let Esme stay.

Laura Collins (Genie Francis) confirmed that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) wouldn’t harm a hair on Esme’s head, so there’s nothing for her to fear.

Ava won’t get why Nikolas is dragging his feet on sending Esme packing, so she’ll be disgusted.

We’ll also see Ava have a bit of an epiphany by the end of this conversation.

Will Ava take more serious steps to distance herself from disloyal Nikolas? Could Ava realize there’s no way Nikolas is this naïve instead?

It seems extreme for the writers to make Nikolas this dumb, so he may be plotting like Spencer and setting Esme up.

That would explain the smile Nikolas flashed when Laura said she hoped he knew what he was doing!

Regardless, Nikolas’ marriage is in total turmoil at this point. He needs to make Ava understand what he’s doing if he hopes to keep “Nava” afloat.

General Hospital spoilers say Ava could pursue other romantic options if Nikolas isn’t careful, so stay tuned.
