General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Friday, February 4, teases that “Bailey Quartermaine” aka Louise August (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt) will get snatched, so Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will fail to protect her. Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) will also push Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) to be with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), so here’s what to expect.
At GH, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will make a declaration that Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) wonders if she really believes.
There might be talk about whether they can really trust that this Peter August (Wes Ramsey) nightmare is over.
Anna will at least hope so, particularly for Maxie’s sake.
Anna will just wish Louise could come home to her mother and make everything right in the world – at least Maxie’s world.
While Anna and Felicia await updates on Peter’s prison transport, Maxie will face another minor crisis.
Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) will fear Maxie locked lips with him again as another distraction, but that won’t be the case at all.
Maxie may argue that she just wanted to show Austin her appreciation. She knows she can trust Austin now and needed a way to show him where she stood.
It looks like Maxie will convince Austin it wasn’t any kind of ploy, so that’ll leave her relieved.
Maxie will also be relieved over Peter going to Pentonville since the end of the baby scheme will be in sight.
Unfortunately, Maxie won’t realize the prison transport van has already been sabotaged.
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) and Mac Scorpio (John J. York) will fight to keep Peter in custody, but that just won’t be possible once things turn dangerous.
Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) has been making clandestine phone calls regarding a package, which just arrived right on time.
Will that package contain a bomb and allow Peter to make a run for it in the confusion?
Friday’s preview video features Mac looking alarmed just before a loud noise, so it could be an explosion or a gun going off.
February sweeps spoilers say a member of the Scorpio clan is set to land on the operating table, so it appears Mac will get hurt and face surgery.
Over with Chase and Brook Lynn, they’ll reflect on what a beautiful vow renewal ceremony that was.
Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will be soulmates as far as Chase is concerned.
It looks like Brook Lynn and Chase will eventually discuss what’s happening between them.
There’s no point in denying their obvious spark when they could really build something good together.
Sadly, now isn’t the time for Chase and Brook Lynn to get lost in each other’s eyes.
They’re going to discover “Bailey Quartermaine” aka Louise is missing soon – and that’ll be due to Peter’s kidnapping plot.
On The Haunted Star, Sonny will want every last detail to be perfect for his grand gesture.
Sonny will hope Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) joins him, but Carly will be busy grumbling to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) on the footbridge.
Drew will probably put in a good word for Sonny since he’s trying so hard, but Carly will delay meeting up with Sonny.
That’ll give Sonny a chance to confide in Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth), who’ll truly hope that Sonny and Carly can find their way to a reunion.
As for Obrecht, she’ll feel like she gave Nina the upper hand in this love triangle.
Liesl will want Nina to go get her man and won’t understand why Nina’s been trying to push Carly toward Sonny instead.
Nina may not confess Sonny’s recent bipolar issues, but she might allude to things being more complicated than Liesl realizes.
Even so, Obrecht will still be rooting for Nina and Sonny to have a real future.
Back on The Haunted Star, Sonny will fear Carly has stood him up.
Meanwhile, Nina will end up tracking Sonny down – and it’s easy to see where this hot plot is headed next!
Sonny and Nina are on the verge of making love, so look for that shocker during the week of February 7-11.
Carly may change her mind and show up just in time to catch the lovers in bed together, so stay tuned for more chaos.
