General Hospital spoilers for Friday, July 1 reveal that the episode showed Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) nearly exposing Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) secret. Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) and Felty (Brian Norris) make a deal. Plus, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) rejects Olivia Quartermaine’s (Lisa LoCicero) offer.
Esme Prince’s Tantrum
GH spoilers reveal that on Friday, July 1, Esme comes across Nikolas and Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) talking to Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner).
When Esme learns that they are getting a divorce, she blurts out that she thought Nikolas was going to keep their secret.
This gets everyone’s attention and Ava starts to wonder what’s going on.
Esme asks to speak with Nikolas alone and he explains that the divorce is just a formality.
Esme uses this opportunity to blackmail Nikolas. Esme wants Nikolas to get her internship at Spring Ridge back. Nikolas ends up agreeing to the deal.
GH Spoilers: Olivia Quartermaine’s Offer
Olivia feels awful that Carly has lost everything due to Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth). Olivia goes to try and make things right with Carly.
However, Carly rushes off with Olivia so Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) doesn’t find out. The last thing Carly wants is for Josslyn to have one more thing to worry about.
Olivia offers to buy Carly’s half of the Metro Court. At first, Carly considers the offer and asks if Olivia has the funds to do so.
Olivia says that she will have to talk to Ned and that’s when Carly shuts down the conversation.
Carly refuses to accept anything that is attached to Ned. Olivia suggests that Carly ask for Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) help.
Spencer Cassadine’s Mother Plan
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Friday’s episode featured Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) testing out his plan on Cameron Webber (William Lipton).
Of course, Cameron doesn’t understand how Esme’s birth mother will help Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). Spencer tries to explain his scheme.
Cameron worries about Spencer owing Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy). Then, Spencer convinces Cameron to help him. Unfortunately, the diversion isn’t very good and Esme is already suspicious.
General Hospital Spoilers: Friday, July 1 Recap
Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) meets with Sonny. Brook Lynn needs his help with Linc Brown (Dan Buran) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard).
However, Sonny refuses as it will make Chase look like a dirty cop but he suggests he might be able to help with the review board.
Meanwhile, Chase has to defend Brook Lynn when she is blamed for all his problems.
Sasha meets with Felty as they have agreed to a deal.
When Sasha joins Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) and Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) as they prepare for the TV appearance, things get even more overwhelming. Sasha can’t handle the stress and tension, so she pops some pills.
