General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Friday, March 18, tease that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will make a horrifying discovery while Shawn Butler’s (Sean Blakemore) warning gets ignored. Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) will also call out Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), so there’ll be some explosive moments going on.
At Spring Ridge, Esme will be sick and tired of Spencer’s obsession with Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla).
Esme will call Spencer out on feeling more than friendship for Trina and always taking her side first.
Esme will think Spencer owes her more loyalty as his girlfriend – especially since Trina just turned her back on him.
Spencer wasn’t willing to dump Esme when Trina pressured him to, so that’s something at least! He does care about Esme and doesn’t want her to be alone.
Unfortunately, Esme is a diabolical schemer who’s almost disturbed as her serial killer father.
Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) wouldn’t approve of all this teen turmoil, but Esme will feel the need to put Spencer on full blast and rage over Trina.
Meanwhile, the plot Esme set in motion will heat up.
Thanks to Esme’s anonymous tip, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) scandal could become even more public.
There’s a reporter who’s been hounding Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) for info on the vengeful video – especially since it involves Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice benard) stepdaughter.
Esme no doubt pointed the finger at Trina when she gave that anonymous tip, so more trouble is headed her way.
Until then, TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) will quiz Jordan about this tricky situation and perhaps urge the reporter to back off.
Other GH spoilers say Shawn will pop over to The Invader.
Shawn’s still planning a big move to San Francisco, but he can’t leave without giving Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) a warning about the company she keeps.
Shawn caught Harmony Miller (Priscilla Garita) with a guy who’s known for conducting shady business, so he’ll share some worries on Friday.
Alexis won’t pay much attention to Shawn’s warning and may point out that they aren’t saints either.
It looks like Alexis will make some good points and leave Shawn joking about the low blow.
However, Alexis will know that Shawn is just looking out for her and will hopefully appreciate that – even if she refuses to listen.
Harmony and Alexis’ friendship should remain strong, but Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) may see the potential to form one of her own with Willow’s mom.
Maybe Nina will envision some common ground as Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos’ (Viron Weaver) grandmothers.
Nina knows Willow has some issues with Harmony, but it seems she’ll have some encouraging words regarding their mother-daughter connection.
Nina may also hope she can piggyback on any progress that’s made and get Harmony to help her make progress with Willow.
The interesting part of all this is that Harmony isn’t Willow’s true mother. That title belongs to Nina – though she doesn’t know it yet.
Harmony has robbed Nina of many years with Willow and may realize that depending on how the daughter theft went down.
Of course, it’s possible Harmony is in the dark on who Willow’s bio mom is, but it’ll add to the drama if she knows the truth and has to get through this awkward conversation anyway.
Next, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will once again offer a sincere apology.
Carly was trying to help when she stomped over to stop Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), but she blew Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) chance at learning more information.
Drew won’t hold it against Carly and mostly blames himself anyway.
Drew stirred up Carly’s suspicions and left her concerned without offering details, so it’s easy to see why she took action.
Carly and Drew’s growing bond will be on full display in Friday’s scenes, so it’s clear where their storyline is headed.
All signs point to a real romance blooming down the road.
Drew was thankfully still able to get that “Operation Demeter” hint, which Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will follow up on.
They’ll disagree on whether Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) should get involved, but Sam might win that argument and recruit him.
Back at the hospital, Michael’s trip to see Willow will end in disaster. Willow will look unsettled as she stands nearby watching the horror show play out.
Michael will snap at someone to start talking since his patience is running thin.
Michael could attack that reporter over the Josslyn chaos, but this could also involve Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) based on some other spoiler clues.
Michael might get mad over the video scandal and then get even angrier over Brad’s possible GH job.
Michael wants Brad to stay away from his family and wouldn’t approve of him working at the same place Willow works.
Nevertheless, Brad has indeed asked Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) to help him get employed at the hospital again.
Michael could end up assaulting Brad over this if his wrath gets out of hand.
We should mention that Michael’s going to be arrested during the week of March 21-25, so Friday’s violent encounter should be the reason why.
General Hospital spoilers say Michael will pay the price for his anger issues, so stick with the ABC soap!
CDL will have lots of other great General Hospital spoilers, updates and news, so check back often.
