General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Friday, March 4, teases that Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) will have a prison problem while Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) explodes at Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will also lie to Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor), so the drama’s about to heat up.
At Spring Ridge, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) will visit Spencer and realize some issue has come up.
Spencer will be desperate for help, so it’ll be interesting to see what he’s so on edge about.
There’s a chance Spencer will be unnerved over sharing the rec room with creepy Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom).
It looks like Ryan will end up playing a bigger role in Spencer’s story soon, so there won’t be much Victor can do if he’s the problem.
On the other hand, Spencer might need help making peace with Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) or have some other issue that’s solvable.
If it’s in Victor’s power to assist Spencer, he’ll at least try!
All Victor might ask in return is that Spencer put some genuine effort in making amends with Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma).
Speaking of Nikolas, he’ll have something to get off his chest during a conversation with Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright).
Nikolas will make an admission he’s never made before and will be sorry that it took him this long to say it.
While Carly wraps her head around Nikolas’s surprise confession, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will land in a sparring session.
Sonny will clash with someone in town, so we’ll see if Sonny defends what’s left of his relationship with Carly or acts like there’s no hope due to the divorce.
Over with Sasha, she’ll keep her drug use a secret from Brando and let him think she’s relaxing all on her own.
Brando and Sasha will still be under the covers after a night of passion, so it seems those drugs are indeed helping Sasha let loose.
Brando will be excited about the rest of their Niagara Falls trip and the opportunity to reconnect with Sasha.
Unfortunately, Sasha’s going to land in more trouble than she bargained for thanks to the drugs and how they’ll alter her way of thinking.
In the meantime, GH spoilers say Josslyn will get on Trina’s bad side again.
It looks like Joss will break Trina’s confidence and infuriate her friend over the betrayal.
Although Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will try to help, he may end up making things worse.
Trina already feels like a third wheel, so she may get frustrated if she thinks Joss and Cam are ganging up on her somehow.
Esme should love the feud that’s erupting since it’s almost showtime!
Esme will plan to debut that steamy cabin video on the big screen in a college class, so look for that bombshell within the next couple episodes.
When Laura Collins (Genie Francis) notices Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) chatting with Victor, she’ll have to raise an eyebrow.
Laura may worry about Ava and Victor getting too chummy, but Ava will encourage Laura to have a little faith in her.
However, Laura will act like Victor is even more dangerous than they thought. She’ll allude to some new info and hope that Ava will be careful along with Nikolas.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will push Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) to be careful as well, especially since he’s at the center of Victor’s plot.
Victor is capable of anything and definitely has an agenda involving Drew’s buried memories, so Anna will have some good reasons to worry!
We should also mention a gloomy anniversary that’ll affect several people around Port Charles.
That could bring a rather melancholy mood as the week winds down, so don’t miss what’s ahead.
