General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, October 28, tease that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will keep a secret while Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) faces some medical drama. Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will also have a cover story, so let’s talk about what’s coming up.
At GH, Willow will look worried as she asks TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) what Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) is concerned about.
There may be some new issue that relates to Willow’s leukemia – perhaps one that’s been brought on by the delay in treatment.
Whatever the case, Willow should be entering her next trimester soon if she’s not already in it.
Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) still needs to find out the truth since Willow’s going to need chemotherapy in the very near future.
In the meantime, Michael will argue with Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth), so that may involve Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) attempt to bring Michael back to ELQ full-time.
Ned will demand to know if this was something orchestrated by Michael or Drew, so he’ll clearly be lashing out.
Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) might ultimately land in a position where she has to intervene and try to restore peace.
Next, it looks like Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will slip out of bed and take a shower while Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) continues to snooze.
When Chase returns, an awake Brook Lynn will wonder what she’d want to sleep in when she could spend her morning with him instead.
However, there’s a chance Brook Lynn and Chase will be interrupted since Olivia’s set to get an unpleasant shocker.
Olivia might walk in on Chase and Brook Lynn as they’re going for round two if they leave the door unlocked!
Cameron also finally made love with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) again, so he’ll make excuses when Finn apparently realizes she’s sneaking off the next morning.
Finn will smile and wonder if Cameron’s sticking to his story, so he’ll probably just tease him and promise his secret’s safe.
Cameron may be ecstatic and feel like he’s really reconnecting with Josslyn, but she’ll battle more concerns.
Joss will feel like Cameron won’t be able to handle something, so she may still have Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) issues on her mind.
In Monterey, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will tell Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) that there’s no way she can turn back now.
Liz will count on Terry to provide a distraction for Jeff Webber (William Moses) and Carolyn Webber (Denise Crosby) while she searches for Mariana Island records.
Of course, Elizabeth will have to face Carolyn and Jeff eventually, so this whole plan feels like a disaster waiting to happen.
Until then, Cam will open up to Finn back in PC and try to help him understand Liz a bit better.
Finally, Carly will tell Drew that she wants to hold off on telling anyone, so they may keep their romance under wraps for a while.
Carly is set to make a significant choice, so we’ll see if that’s about hiding their new relationship status.
