General Hospital Spoilers: Friday, October 28 Recap – Willow’s Next Stage Cancer – Olivia Screams Over Heather Horror

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Friday, October 28, reveals that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) was facing an insider trading prison threat while Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) screamed over Heather Webber (Alley Mills) horror.

At home, Carly kissed Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and admitted she didn’t want to tell anyone about their romance yet.

Instead, Carly intended to keep Drew all to herself for a while.

Once Drew headed out, Carly enjoyed a visit with Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman).

Since Bobbie was having some carpal tunnel issues, Carly helped her and thought she might get back into physical therapy until she could settle on her next passion project.

Carly also felt she finally knew who she was following her identity crisis. After Carly picked Spencer as her new last name, Bobbie was touched and offered a hug.

At the Quartermaine mansion, Olivia found Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) bickering about Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) as well ELQ.

Soon after, Olivia went on the hunt for Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), who stepped out of her bedroom while a naked Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) waited for her.

Olivia walked in and saw Chase sprawled out on the bed, so they both seemed mortified.

Next, Chase and Olivia explained what happened in the guest room, so Brook Lynn admitted to Ned that Chase spent the night.

Michael and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) brushed off the awkwardness since it was typical when it came to the Quartermaine residence.

While Michael was on the phone, Willow assured Chase that she was happy for him along with Brook Lynn and kissed him on the cheek.

Chase was happy for Willow too and hoped he could be Uncle Chase when the baby came.

Since it was time for Willow’s second trimester checkup and she didn’t know how long Michael would be on the phone, Olivia offered to take her.

It was decided that they’d text Michael and have him catch up with them at GH.

At the hospital, TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) expressed concern over Willow since he hadn’t heard from her recently.

After TJ asked to sit in on Willow’s appointment as a consult, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) said she’d allow it if Willow agreed – but TJ could only be there as a friend.

At Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) place, Cameron Webber (William Lipton) showed Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) out and was glad they were finding their footing again.

Josslyn seemed lost in thought for a moment, but she blamed it on remembering it was Oscar Nero-Quartermaine’s (Garren Stitt) birthday.

Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) showed up, so Cam pretended Josslyn was there about some dropped off books.

Finn knew Joss must’ve spent the night and hinted that he wouldn’t tell – though he thought Cameron probably should at some point.

Cam was worried about Liz’s mood once she came home and let it slip that Monterey was where Jeff Webber (William Moses) and Carolyn Webber (Denise Crosby) lived.

Finn also got some advice about how Liz didn’t need a hero since she was already her own.

In Oscar’s meadow, Drew made a sweet speech on what would’ve been his son’s birthday.

Josslyn showed up and gave Drew a hug before talking to Oscar’s marker alone.

Although Josslyn could feel herself drifting further and further away from Cameron, she was scared to open up to him.

Joss didn’t think Cameron could handle it, but Cam told Finn that people underestimated what people in his family could handle.

In a car outside her parents’ house, Liz seemed haunted by old memories.

Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) confirmed that she’d keep Jeff and Carolyn busy at a nearby coffeeshop for as long as she could.

Since Carolyn and Jeff kept diaries of their time saving the world, Elizabeth hoped to find something that’d help her connect the Reiko Finn (Mele Ihara) dots.

Liz planned to pick the lock and hope that her parents hadn’t changed their alarm system code.

Once Terry got a text that Carolyn and Jeff had arrived at the coffeeshop, she went to meet up with them.

That gave Liz a chance to break in and use the familiar alarm code, which indeed disarmed the system.

Back at the hospital, Willow agreed that TJ could sit in on her appointment.

Britt did an ultrasound and assured Willow that everything was on track developmentally with the baby.

However, Willow had inflamed tissues and enlarged lymph nodes, so Britt wanted to call Terry and get her opinion.

Once Britt got in touch over the phone, Terry agreed with her fears about Willow’s enlarged liver.

Unfortunately, Jeff and Carolyn gave Terry the slip, so they were gone from the table when she got off the phone.

Back at the house, Liz was stunned when Jeff walked through the door.

Once Willow realized Britt was worried, she pushed TJ to tell her what was wrong.

TJ admitted Willow’s enlarged liver could be an indicator that her cancer had entered the next stage – and that would limit her treatment options.

Britt later told Willow that they needed to run some more tests.

Next, Brook Lynn got a message from Linc Brown (Dan Buran), who wanted Chase to meet the popstar he had in mind for the duet.

Chase asked for advice, so Brook Lynn warned him not to mess this up for them.

Once Drew joined Ned at the Quartermaine mansion, they kept things civil briefly because of Oscar’s birthday.

Drew hoped to fix whatever was broken, but Ned ranted about Michael only being a Quartermaine when it was convenient – and he was tired of Drew’s nice guy act.

When Drew decided the gloves would come off, Ned brought up Carly’s insider trading and said Martha Stewart went to prison for less.

Although nobody had looked into that, Ned thought it was something both Drew and Michael should never forget.

At GH, Olivia freaked when she saw Heather Webber (now played by Alley Mills), who was in an orange jumpsuit and being led by guards.

Olivia screamed at the sight of her and ultimately identified Heather to Finn.
