General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Heather Webber (Alley Mills) may seek revenge and escape to make Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) pay for forgetting Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth). GH fans know Heather feels like Liz moved on too quickly after Franco’s death, so she’s riled up!
In the October 31 episode, Heather called Elizabeth all kinds of terrible names and insulted her to Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) face. It’s clear that Heather feels Liz betrayed Franco, even if that’s not what happened.
Heather isn’t a logical person and certainly won’t hold anything back if she gets a chance to go after Elizabeth. Since Heather is awake following her sedation and has been looking suspicious, it appears she might trick and overpower her nurse.
This lines up with upcoming GH spoilers about Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) search for a fugitive. Jordan will be on the hunt for a criminal right about the time Elizabeth lands in a dangerous situation.
We should note that Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will also land in some trouble beforehand, but that may involve hook-related drama. Of course, there’s a chance Heather is connected to all that too, but the point is Heather is dangerous.
Once Elizabeth makes it back from Monterey and spills some shockers to Finn, it could put their relationship in an even weirder place. Finn also got some advice from Cameron recently about how he didn’t need to be Liz’s hero.
However, Elizabeth might wind up in need of a hero after all. Could Finn come to Liz’s rescue with Heather following her escape? Could someone else step up when Liz is desperate for assistance?
Liz might get a helping hand or be her own hero like Cam suggested. Either way, Elizabeth seems poised to face off with a vengeful Heather and that’s sure to bring quite a scare!
Heather has turned against Liz, so some peril is definitely brewing. Since Heather no doubt wants revenge for her son, she may resolve to let nothing stand in her way!

General Hospital Spoilers: Spencer Betrays Victor for Trina – Dangerous Nik Alliance the Only Path to True Love?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) may betray Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) for Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). A dangerous Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) alliance may be the only path to true love, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
So far, Spencer has managed to stay in Victor’s good graces for the most part. Although Spencer has made mistakes, Victor appreciates his loyalty.
Nikolas, on the other hand, has become the problematic Cassadine lately. Victor has resorted to blackmailing Nik with the confession letter to keep him in line.
Since Victor doesn’t want Nikolas and Ava Jerome Cassadine’s (Maura West) marriage to last, it’s his way or the highway! This could potentially serve as a valuable lesson for Spencer down the road.
Victor has the final say on any love interests for the Cassadine clan. Since Trina certainly won’t condone whatever grand-scale destructive plan Victor has been hinting at, that’s surely going to be an issue.
Furthermore, Victor may be pulling the strings in all this hook chaos – or he could at least be connected to it. If Victor is doing anything to hurt the people Trina loves, there’s going to be trouble!
The quickest way to get Spencer to turn against Victor is to harm Trina or those closest to her. If Spencer finds out Victor is responsible for any of Trina’s pain or that he wants to keep them apart, it could lead to disaster.
Once Spencer is out of prison, he may find some good reasons to betray Victor for the sake of his own future with Trina. Spencer hates Nikolas at the moment, but teaming up with him might be the only way to defeat Victor – and the only path to true love!
It’s just tough to imagine Spencer and Trina having a long-term relationship with the threat of Victor hanging over them. Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) may not be a problem for much longer, but Victor could be a real obstacle.
Spencer may ultimately resolve to take Victor down and join forces with Nikolas as part of that plan. We’ll bring you updates as other GH news becomes available.
