General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) may be Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) secret partner. Is Michael setting a Pikeman Security Group trap for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)?
GH fans know Valentin came to Sonny as an intermediary and made an intriguing offer.
Sonny was given the chance to make $10 million per successful shipment if he helps move classified merchandise through Port Charles.
If Sonny refuses, then he’ll be viewed as a liability. Valentin warned that Sonny could make new enemies that would eliminate the problem and leave him with nothing.
Of course, that’s Michael’s goal, isn’t it? To leave Sonny with nothing and destroy him as a threat? Michael may be taking advantage of a golden opportunity here.
Pikeman Security Group is a real thing since Sonny has heard of them, but Michael may still be pulling the strings.
There’s a good chance Pikeman is Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) former employer, so that may be how Michael found them and set all this in motion.
As for Valentin’s part in all this, using him would be a smart move. Valentin is shady enough to be a messenger for something like this, but Sonny would never suspect he was working with Michael.
However, we can’t forget that Valentin approached Michael about coming back to work at ELQ full-time.
During his conversation with Sonny, Valentin alluded to doing a favor for a future favor, so he may have struck a deal with Michael involving his contributions at ELQ.
Michael may not be a fan of Valentin’s, but business is business.
The plan is to dismantle Sonny’s organization and take him down, so Michael may think he’s close to achieving that goal with Valentin and Pikeman Security Group’s help.
Michael wants Sonny in prison or at least forced into hiding out of the country.
Since this Pikeman dilemma is so serious, Michael may hope it results in one of his desired outcomes.
Unfortunately, Michael’s plot isn’t foolproof and will face some big snags soon enough.
