General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, December 12, teases that Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) fake baby will enrage Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) while Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) quizzes sick Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) will also warn Heather Webber (Alley Mills), so let’s talk about what’s in store.
At Spring Ridge, Ryan will fill Heather in on meeting their daughter and perhaps admit she’s going to make them grandparents.
However, Ryan will make it clear that Heather’s not to breathe a word about this or his phony locked-in syndrome.
If Heather doesn’t play by Ryan’s rules, there’ll most definitely be consequences!
For now, Heather and Ryan will strike a deal, so their alliance will move forward.
As for Willow, she’ll look sicker than ever after her latest round of chemo.
Carly will grow suspicious since Willow will seem so unwell, so she’ll quiz her and try to get to the bottom of this.
Willow will admit she’s not OK, so we’ll see how long she can keep hiding the truth.
The leukemia bombshell is sure to complicate Carly’s birth mom block eventually.
At Wyndemere, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will act like he’s granting Esme Prince’s (Avery Pohl) wish, but it’s doubtful that’ll be true.
As a compromise, Nikolas may bring Esme the live Christmas tree she asked for instead of letting her shop for it herself.
Naturally, Esme won’t be happy since her real goal was probably to make a break for it once she was on the outside.
Even so, Willow will at least have a little holiday cheer in that gloomy north tower soon.
In the meantime, Finn will flip out when Elizabeth confirms what he suspects.
Since Finn mistakenly believes Liz is pregnant, she’ll decide to roll with it and claim she’s carrying Nikolas’ child.
Elizabeth will decide it’s better than admitting she’s caring for captive Esme, who’s actually the one who’s pregnant here.
That also means Liz will have to face Finn’s backlash as he fumes over her sleeping with Nikolas.
Finn will refuse to protect Nikolas if he’s hiding anything related to Esme, so Liz will have a real mess on her hands.
Speaking of messes, Carly will get tangled up in one involving Denise McKenzie (Alex Reitveld), the firefighter with a commune connection.
Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will grill Denise about Kali Miller, which was the name Willow went by as a baby.
Carly may be able to get to Denise before she spills anything too helpful.
GH spoilers say Carly’s intervention will derail Drew’s efforts, so she may be why he has unfortunate updates to share later.
At home, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will struggle to get Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) off her mind, so she’ll push Ava Jerome (Maura West) to stop her from making a massive blunder.
Once Ava realizes Trina is tempted to give Spencer a fresh start, she’ll understand that matters of the heart are complex.
That said, Ava may remind Trina that Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) is an amazing guy and urge her to keep her guard up when it comes to all things Cassadine!
