General Hospital Spoilers: Monday, February 7 Recap – Nina & Sonny Busted in Bed – Peter’s Final Demand – Maxie Tells Baby Truth

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Monday, February 7, reveals that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) got busted in bed while Peter August (Wes Ramsey) fought for one final deal. Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) also told the truth about her baby, so let’s talk about how all the drama went down.

On The Haunted Star, Nina explained how she wound up there and learned Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) stood Sonny up.

Sonny had an outburst over his marriage ending, but he believed Nina was genuine when she said how sorry she was.

Sonny admitted his instinct was to protect Nina and talked about how hard things had been since he came home.

Nina opened up about how she healed in Nixon Falls – and Sonny was a big part of why.

Even so, Nina would take it all back if she could spare Sonny this pain now.

Sonny argued that they couldn’t change the past and could only live with the consequences.

Nina ended up planting a kiss and apologizing, but Sonny shushed her and dove in for another one.

After Nina and Sonny’s make-out session escalated, they landed in a bedroom on the boat and stripped down for lovemaking.

Meanwhile, Carly was relieved to see that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) was OK at the hospital.

Carly left Sonny a voicemail about recreating Martinique another night and hoped they could take down the man who killed Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) together.

Carly also took a moment to rant at Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) since Peter had gotten away so many times, but Anna made it clear that she intended on stopping Peter for good.

Soon after, Carly arrived on The Haunted Star and smiled over the scattered petals.

Carly followed them to the bedroom Sonny and Nina were in, so she got quite a shock when she opened the door.

Sonny and Nina were naked under the covers as they looked over at furious Carly.

At home, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) assumed Peter somehow found out “Bailey Quartermaine” was actually Louise August (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt).

Chase called the kidnapping in, but he also called Dante since he trusted his old partner most of all.

Dante was confused over why Peter would kidnap “Bailey,” but he wanted to help and went against medical advice to stay overnight as a precaution.

Sam McCall (Lindsay Hartley) wasn’t happy about that, but Dante insisted this was something he had to do.

Brook Lynn had a panic attack over the thought of calling Maxie and telling her that the worst had happened.

However, Chase helped Brook Lynn steady her breathing and gave her the courage to make the call.

Maxie reeled over the news that Peter had kidnapped Louise and vowed to rush right over.

Felicia Jones (Kristina Wagner) didn’t see why Maxie would leave GH over what happened to “Bailey,” especially since Mac Scorpio (John J. York) was still in surgery.

Fortunately, Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) piped up that Mac came through with flying colors.

That made it a little easier for Maxie to bail. Maxie admitted that her daughter needed her more than Mac right now and shocked Felicia with the truth about “Bailey.”

Felicia hugged Maxie and assured her any questions could wait. She knew Maxie had to devote all her time to finding Louise ASAP.

Robert Scorpio (Tristan RogerS) also faced Maxie’s “Bailey” bombshell after getting Anna’s pep talk about Mac.

Once Felicia and Robert heard the whole story from Austin, Robert thought that Maxie’s plan was brilliant.

Anna approached Dante about teaming up against Peter, so they made their way over to Chase and Brook Lynn’s place.

Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) blamed Chase for the kidnapping briefly, but he ultimately settled down and admitted he was just terrified for “Bailey.”

After Dante and Anna arrived, they tried to make sense of why Peter would target “Bailey.”

Chase and Brook Lynn realized the jig was up, but Maxie entered just in time to spill the secret herself. She told Anna, Dante and Ned that “Bailey” was actually Louise.

In an SUV, Peter took a moment to figure out his next steps and apologized to Louise for the delay.

Peter was determined to be a good father – unlike the pitiful excuse for one Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) was to Peter.

On the pier, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) was upset over one of his henchmen arriving alone.

This wasn’t the plan, but the henchman explained how Peter got the upper hand.

Peter eventually called from a burner phone and revealed that he got rid of the GPS device so he couldn’t be tracked.

Peter would give Victor the info he wanted regarding Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), but he insisted on making one last addendum to their deal.

Peter demanded safe passage out of Port Charles with Louise, so that left Victor in a tight spot.

General Hospital spoilers say Peter will cause even more mayhem as this kidnapping crisis heats up.
