General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, June 13, tease that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will have a big surprise while Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) reacts to Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) divorce plan. Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) will also dig into Esme Prince’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) past, so here’s what viewers can look forward to.
At GH, Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) will continue to fume over Esme’s long-game strategy.
Now that Ryan has grabbed Esme and expressed his disappointment, she’ll try to convince him that waiting on the big reveal is the right call.
However, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) is lurking just outside Ryan’s hospital room.
Since Felicia has some sway due to her connection to Mac Scorpio (John J. York), it looks like she’ll get the guards to let her pass.
Ryan should go back to pretending he’s locked in while Esme offers up her bogus story about being there in case he needs to communicate.
Felicia will wonder just who Esme thinks she’s fooling, so this conversation will quickly take a tense turn.
Of course, Felicia is likely Esme’s biological mother, so that’s an interesting layer to keep in mind as all this plays out.
Over with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), he’ll grin as Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) talks about a pitch she’s willing to hear.
Lucy may consider investing in Aurora since Drew and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) are trying to drive the price of stock up ahead of the merger.
However, Michael and Drew will soon find that the price has suddenly skyrocketed.
Carly will think it’s time to give credit where credit is due – and that means credit to her!
Drew already knew Carly was planning to go against Michael’s wishes and invest, but it’ll be a big surprise to Michael.
As for Drew, he’ll still get a shock when he realizes just how much money Carly sank into Aurora.
Despite the risk Carly’s taking, she’ll be committed to helping Michael and Drew.
The results will speak for themselves since this will give Drew and Michael a big boost as they carry out all their plans.
Nevertheless, Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) could become a bigger problem for Michael and Drew as this storyline moves along.
Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is determined to stay in control at ELQ, so he’ll hope he can fully convince Ned to help him.
As for Ava, she’ll reel over Nikolas’ suggestion that they should get a divorce.
Ava will ask what happened to working things out, but Nikolas may think they need a fresh start – complete with a fresh marriage.
It sounds strange to do a total marriage do-over instead of a simple vow renewal, but that may be what Nikolas is suggesting here.
Ava will mull over Nik’s plan while Spencer realizes the key to Esme is her past.
Spencer may realize he needs to find Maggie Fitzgerald and learn more about Esme’s history, including the father mentioned in Maggie’s letters.
As for Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper), she’ll have a surprising encounter with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).
Sonny will mention Jordan having something of his that he wants back, so it’ll be interesting to see what Sonny has in mind.
General Hospital spoilers say Sonny will keep making moves to protect himself against Michael and build the best defense he can against the threat he’s facing.
