General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Monday, May 23, teases that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will ambush Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) while TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) finds antipsychotic meds. Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will also fear insanity, so there’ll be some major developments happening in several storylines.
Carly will hope to relax with some yoga before the visitation hearing, but it looks like Britt will derail that plan.
GH spoilers say Carly’s tranquil bubble will burst, so she won’t be happy about that.
Britt will root for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) to get Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weaver) time and may feel like there has to be some solution.
Nevertheless, Carly will insist this decision will soon be in the judge’s hands.
Of course, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) plans to get on the stand and help Nina fight for her right to see Wiley.
If that happens, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will feel like Sonny’s going to rile Michael up even further and make sure his takedown plan moves forward.
Dante will want Sonny to think long and hard about the consequences before he supports Nina publicly, but Sonny’s going to stand his ground.
In the meantime, Nina will deal with Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) concerns as well.
Maxie will fret over the scandal that Michael and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) unleashed and how that might affect the judge’s ruling.
However, Nina will try to have faith that things will turn out in her favor – especially since she’ll have some blows she can deliver if need be.
Back with Britt, she’ll put Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) through a grilling session.
Britt was blackmailed into giving Brad a nudge toward the mob world, so she’ll ask about his job and what it’s like working for Selina Wu (Lydia Look).
Brad is doing the best he can, but he’s made some mistakes along the way and faced Selina’s menacing side.
Britt will remain protective of Britt, but she’ll also have to watch out for herself, too.
In Brooklyn, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will get surprising news after TJ looks through Marshall Ashford’s (Robert Gossett) belongings and finds a pill bottle.
Marshall is on an antipsychotic drug called risperidone, so TJ will fill Curtis in as they gain a deeper understanding of Marshall’s issues.
Over with Elizabeth, she’ll fear she’s going insane and will have to lean on Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) more than ever.
Liz will get some help at the hospital as they try to nail down exactly what’s wrong.
Finn suspects Liz had a reaction to her sleeping medication, but Liz is also still mourning a tough loss.
That terrible combo is probably what’s been resulting in Liz’s various trances and shocking moves.
Finn will bring Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) up to speed, so Chase will find out Liz is presumably the one who based him in the head.
It’ll be a lot for Chase to process, but he’ll certainly hope Liz gets the assistance she needs.
At the Quartermaine mansion, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will play referee after she witnesses Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) latest merger showdown.
Brook Lynn will also feel like Linc Brown (Dan Buran) has backed her into a corner, so she may share her woes with Ned.
Although Brook Lynn may be adamant about fighting her own battles, Linc is a total sleazeball and probably not someone she should ever be alone with!
General Hospital spoilers say Brook Lynn and Linc’s war could take a stunning turn down the road, so don’t miss what’s in store.
