General Hospital (GH) spoilers for update Monday, October 17, teases that Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will confess to Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) while Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) has a shocking memory. Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will also trade threats, so here’s what GH fans can expect.
After Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) spill the details to support their Cody theory, they’ll see if Scott’s memory lines up.
Scott will think back on Dominique Stanton’s (Shell Danielson) life and see if he can remember anything that might prove or disprove that Cody was her child.
Of course, it’ll take a DNA test to know for sure, but Scott will apparently recall something shocking one way or the other.
Mac will push Scott to bring him in the loop, but Cody will be busy facing Britt’s interrogation.
Britt will want to know why Cody is pushing back on this DNA test idea, so Cody will try to explain.
Since Cody has always been a loner, he’ll be wary of all the obligations that come with family.
Cody also won’t want to get his hopes up about finally finding his bio dad – only for this not to work out.
After Cody gives Britt honesty, she’ll give him the same thing in return.
Britt will make an admission regarding her past and try to help Cody understand more about who she is as a person.
At Anna’s place, she’ll bicker with Lucy about the dangers of dealing with Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaugnessy).
Lucy will push Anna to stay out of her way since she has Victor wrapped around her little finger – or so she thinks!
In reality, Victor is onto Lucy and will be ready to deliver his revenge.
After listening to Lucy through the bug in her necklace, Victor will know that she has to pay along with Anna.
Whether Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) is mentioned during this discussion or not, Victor will feel like his son is keeping secrets.
As punishment for that, Victor might face orders to help handle Lucy, Anna or both.
In Jacksonville, Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman) will speak with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and perhaps give him a push to try harder with Carly.
Drew won’t want to pressure Carly to be in a romance, but Bobbie may think Carly just needs a little more encouragement to take the plunge.
In the meantime, Carly will have another showdown with Peyton Honeycutt (Linda Purl), who’ll feel like “Caroline” needs to go home now that she’s lost the cemetery battle.
Of course, Carly will indeed be headed back to Port Charles soon, but she’ll want to get a few things straight with Peyton first.
Afterward, Carly will get quite a surprise, so that may be the result of Bobbie nudging Drew along.
Whatever the case, Carly and Drew will enjoy some bliss at the beach during the week of October 17-21.
