General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Monday, October 24, reveals that Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) arrested Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) while Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) offered to be Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) guardian. Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) death also enraged Holly Sutton (Emma Samms), so here’s how all the action played out.
At GH, Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) informed Sasha that since she had no living relatives, the court would appoint a guardian.
Sasha didn’t want a stranger in charge of her, so Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) offered to pitch in.
However, Martin knew the judge would never sign off on Nina or Sonny due to their criminal histories.
Gladys showed up and offered to be Sasha’s guardian instead, so Martin thought the judge might go for that since Sasha was her daughter-in-law and vowed to get back to them.
At the PCPD, Jordan bickered with ADA Jennifer Arden (Jennifer Field) about the evidence against Anna.
After Jordan summoned Mac Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), he watched the footage and agreed it had to be a frame job.
Jordan explained that she suspected Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), who might’ve been trying to take care of Anna and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) at the same time.
After Anna examined the gun and shooter’s clothing in her trunk, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) appeared with the news of Holly’s survival.
Anna learned Holly’s memory was fuzzy and assumed all the Holly drama was why she hadn’t been able to reach Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers).
Before Anna could rush off to find Robert, ADA Arden appeared with a search warrant for the car and said there was one for Anna’s house, too.
Once the evidence was found in Anna’s trunk, she was taken to the police station. Mac refused to arrest Anna, so ADA Arden started barking out threats.
Anna finally urged Jordan to just go ahead and arrest her since they could sort this out later. Jordan reluctantly used the handcuffs and read Anna her rights.
At the Metro Court Gardens, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) and Scott Baldwin (Kin Shiner) hugged Holly after realizing she was alive.
Holly explained her memory issues before talk turned to Lucy and how Victor might’ve had her killed.
Victor sauntered over with fake sympathy at one point, so Holly didn’t think he seemed like a coldblooded killer.
Nevertheless, Felicia pointed out that looks can be deceiving.
Holly learned that Victor was likely responsible for Luke’s death, so she was livid.
It wasn’t long until Holly marched up to Victor and formally introduced herself with a fierce slap for Luke’s fate.
Dante also spread the word about Anna’s ordeal, so Robert knew Victor had to be behind that, too.
Later, Victor received a phone call and seemed pleased about Anna’s house being searched – obviously because of whatever Johann (Max Decker) planted.
On the beach, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) was afraid to go home since she felt she might lose what she found with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) in Jacksonville.
Drew assured Carly that she wouldn’t lose him and wasn’t worried about any mistakes. To Drew, Carly was irreplaceable.
After another kiss by the waves, Carly and Drew seemed ready to explore being a new couple in Port Charles.
General Hospital spoilers say Carly could make some bigger blunders than Drew bargained for, so stay tuned!
