General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks, November 7 to November 18, tease that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will discover a secret while Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) gets some genetic news. Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will face a mystery before Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) recruits Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), so here’s what viewers can look forward to.
During the week of November 7-11, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will come clean to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) about her suspicions.
It sounds like Sonny will find out Nina suspects Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) is cheating on Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) with TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow).
However, Michael will later have a confrontation with Nina and perhaps lash out over her accusations.
Once it’s time for Willow to get her test results, Michael will face a shocker. It seems Willow will finally bring Michael in the loop on her leukemia diagnosis.
Nina will end up trying to make peace soon after, but Michael and Willow will have more important things on their minds – like deciding Willow’s best course of treatment.
Willow may have fewer options due to her decision to delay things for the sake of the baby.
Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) is set to run into someone from his past, so that should be Heather Webber (Alley Mills) before she’s taken back to the asylum.
Of course, there’s a chance Heather could try to make a break for it during the transport.
The same goes for Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) since Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will have a plan to help her before she lands at Pentonville to await trial.
Anna will be grateful once this plan is carried out, so let’s hope it’s successful!
In the meantime, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will get blindsided, so it seems Elizabeth will come clean about everything she learned in Monterey – including the memories that have returned regarding her part in Reiko Finn’s (Mele Ihara) death.
At Wyndemere, Nikolas will face an unpleasant bombshell, so we’ll see if that means Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) will find Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) or if she might escape.
Regardless, “The Hook” will target someone and bring more danger to Port Charles.
Elizabeth will end up in a risky situation, so we’ll see if that’s related to “The Hook” or Heather’s desire for revenge.
Either way, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will find herself on the hunt for a fugitive.
Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) will also get an unexpected visitor, so we’ll see if that’s Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) or someone else.
During the week of November 14-18, Curtis will receive some important updates.
Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will breathe a sigh of relief, so Curtis will likely learn he doesn’t have any genetic markers that would cause concern.
That doesn’t necessarily mean that Curtis isn’t Trina’s bio dad. It just means Curtis isn’t going to pass down schizophrenic tendencies.
That’s great news, but Curtis will still deserve the truth about Trina potentially being his biological daughter.
Over with Sonny, he’ll give Brick (Stephen A. Smith) an introduction to Nina. Sonny will also grill Brick later, so that could involve a discovery that’s made.
As for Carly, she’ll figure out Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) secret and offer advice.
Carly may realize Josslyn has developed feelings for Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) while drifting further and further from Cameron Webber (William Lipton).
Next, Selina Wu (Lydia Look) will deliver an invitation to someone, so we’ll see if this involves her poker games and Cody Bell’s (Josh Kelly) involvement.
Regardless, Cody will slip up and say something he shouldn’t to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) eventually, so she’ll get suspicious.
Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) will back Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) into a corner, so he may sense that she’s hiding something.
Will Holly come clean about Victor and how he’s forcing her to do his bidding?
Nikolas will end up having to deal with Esme’s medical scare as well, so he’ll land back in charge of her – even if she manages to go missing for a bit.
GH spoilers suggest Nikolas will rope Elizabeth into secretly helping Esme, but Liz is going to have plenty of questions and concerns.
Finally, someone mysterious will corner Felicia, so this could involve Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) or perhaps another shady move from Victor.
