General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks, December 12 to December 23, tease that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will form a new Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) theory while Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) faces a scary threat. We’ll also see a Christmas gift exchange – and Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) will gloat over her captor’s misery.
During the week of December 12-16, Heather Webber (Alley Mills) will be sworn to secrecy.
Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) will convince Heather to keep her mouth shut about their daughter and maybe their looming grandbaby.
Esme was presumably hoping to escape during the Christmas tree shopping trip she requested, but she won’t get the chance.
It looks like Nikolas may have a staff member pick out the tree and bring it up to Esme instead.
Of course, Nikolas will soon have more important matters on his mind.
After Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) leans into Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) wrong assumption about her being pregnant, she’ll have to break that news to a stunned and livid Nik.
This isn’t what Nikolas had in mind, but Elizabeth may argue that plans change and put him to get on board unless he wants the truth about Esme exposed.
Ava Jerome (Maura West) will find out about Liz’s baby claims and the fact that Nikolas is supposedly the father.
That’ll bring Ava’s outrage and put her on the path to vengeance.
As for Drew, he’ll talk to Denise McKenzie (Alex Reitveld) about her commune ties and try to uncover the true story behind Baby Kali Miller.
That was the name Lorraine aka Harmony gave Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), but Denise may be short on answers.
That could be partly due to Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) intervention since she’s set to make a mess of the search for Willow’s birth parents.
However, there’ll be a new obstacle that lands in Carly’s path, so that could eventually involve Willow coming clean about her leukemia and bone marrow donor needs.
At some point, tragic news will spread throughout Port Charles, so that could involve Willow’s dire condition.
Then again, there have been some hints that “The Hook” might strike again soon, so Cameron Webber (William Lipton) could remain a target.
Whatever the case, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is about to face a crushing blow. Josslyn will also find herself in need of comfort during the week of December 19-23, so Carly will step up to give it to her.
Later, Carly will have a close call while Drew mulls over a new theory related to Harmony and her deception about Willow’s birth parents.
Drew may get closer to the truth – and things will no doubt get messier for Carly if she indeed finds out Willow needs a bone marrow donor match.
As for Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), he’ll deliver some updates that break Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) heart.
Chase may blame Brook Lynn now that he’s lost his appeal to be a detective again – and there are some hints that Chase might cross into romantic territory with “Blaze” aka Allison (Jacqueline Grace Lopez), too.
Next, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will confide in Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), so she may hear the story of what really happened with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and what’s in the sealed juvenile arrest record.
Once Nikolas’ life is falling apart over Elizabeth’s pregnancy lie, Esme will revel in her captor’s pain. Look for Esme to do plenty of gloating despite Nikolas’ fury.
Back with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), he’ll break his promise to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and come to Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) rescue somehow.
Josslyn and Dex will find that they just can’t stay away from each other despite their best efforts.
Other GH spoilers say Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will open up to Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) while Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) helps Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) with a significant goal. That could involve some way to honor those Sasha has lost.
On a happier note, the Quartermaines will trade Christmas gifts and spread some holiday cheer.
Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) will also have a special present for Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) that touches his heart.
Thanks to Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) advice, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) may make some progress with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).
Trina and Spencer will end up brainstorming, so they may find a path to a clean slate and perhaps mull over “The Hook’s” identity as well.
