General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks, January 10 to January 21, tease that The Haunted Star will be back and full of surprises while more Peter August (Wes Ramsey) panic erupts. Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will use a dangerous tactic while Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) deals with a big mess of emotions.
During the week of January 10-14, it looks like Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) will accidentally ruin a romantic moment for Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr).
However, Curtis will go from annoyed to curious when Marshall decides he’s ready to share what he’s been doing for decades.
Sonny will also face the news of Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) death while Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) have another heated argument about Nixon Falls.
Later, Nina will get a different surprise visitor at Crimson and summon Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) in the aftermath.
That could potentially point to some Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) trouble, especially since he wants the Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) activation key and must give Peter August (Wes Ramsey) his family in return.
The push to find Louise August (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt) will rev up in more ways than one, but let’s get back to Victor and all his drama.
Victor will once again prove he’s a bad influence on Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) before Vic crosses paths with a familiar face.
Drew and Victor are on the verge of a stunning run-in that’s sure to bring some harsh words.
As for Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), she’ll pump the brakes on her date night with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton).
Finn and Liz will fear one of Liz’s sons might be behind her wedding ring being moved, so they’ll halt any romantic developments as they try to figure this out.
Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will keep growing closer to Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth), who’ll trade info with Valentin later and could help him inch closer to the truth about “Bailey Quartermaine” aka Louise.
Brad Cooper’s (Parry Shen) past will become a bit clearer to Britt while Laura Collins (Genie Francis) demands a family meeting.
Meanwhile, Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) will derail a complex discussion between Nina and someone else, so that could be Valentin after he’s called or perhaps Sonny later.
During the week of January 17-21, Britt will turn to Nina for help while Brick (Stephen A. Smith) offers a warning to Sonny.
There’ll be some new threat that Brick detects, so GH spoilers say he’ll want to give Sonny a heads-up.
Sasha will struggle as she seeks peace following the death of Liam Corbin. She’s trying to move on with her life, but not taking the time to grieve properly could come back to bite her.
Could Sasha eventually turn back to drugs as a way to cope? Time will tell, but even just bottling things up like this could prove dangerous to her mental state.
Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will experience a big shift, so that could point to a romantic change between them.
Maybe Brook Lynn and Chase will finally stop dancing around their feelings and go after what they want.
Brook Lynn may need to lean on Chase more than ever since she’s about to hear something terribly frightening!
Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) escape could be in the works soon enough, but Brook Lynn could also realize Valentin and Victor are plotting against her.
In the meantime, Curtis will have a strategy session with Drew before nervously awaiting updates later on.
Will Drew be reactivated and cause chaos? Could Marshall face some health setback that troubles Curtis instead?
Regardless, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will battle second thoughts – presumably about her new job at The invader.
Elsewhere, Valentin and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) try to figure out where they stand, so maybe they’ll keep inching forward in their romance.
While Liz and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) face a shocker, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) will seek out Austin for assistance.
This could tie in with the search for Louise or perhaps any Peter getaway drama that might be afoot.
Whatever the case, Maxie will become more and more distressed over the danger that’s brewing for her daughter.
Maxie will be an emotional wreck – and so will Sonny, though it’ll be for a different reason.
Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will continue to fret over Sonny and how he’s holding up in this post-Nixon Falls world.
Sonny still won’t be able to shake his feelings for Nina despite his best efforts.
Next, Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) may get out on bail or perhaps beat the charges entirely. Either way, Tracy will face a bombshell soon enough.
There should also be some stunning moments coming up at Charlie’s Pub due to an escalating situation.
That could involve danger to Nina and Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) if Peter’s on the loose by then, though we can’t rule out things heating up between Nina and Sonny.
Even so, most of Port Charles – including Sonny – will gather for Luke’s wake on The Haunted Star.
Sonny will have a chance to present a united front with Carly at this sad event, but could he be forced to come to Nina’s rescue later?
General Hospital spoilers say the next two weeks will bring some fantastic twists and turns, so stay tuned.
