General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks, September 19 to September 30, tease that the killer will claim the first fatality before Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) faces a prison visitor. Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will also deal with family drama while Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) mourns, so let’s talk about what’s coming up.
During the week of September 19-23, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will make an important decision and tackle a new challenge.
We’ll see Carly grow more confident in the fierce path she’s headed down.
Meanwhile, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) will try to woo Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) with a grand gesture.
That could lead to some complications in Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) plan since some are indeed coming.
In the meantime, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will struggle with more memory flashes before seeking Kevin Collins’ (Jon Lindstrom) help.
That could lead to some hypnosis and Liz’s total recall eventually.
At the hospital, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will question Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) about the attack, but Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) should soon find herself terrified and devastated all over again.
GH spoilers confirm there’ll be a crushing death related to Sonny, so Port Charles will grieve the loss.
Sonny will remember Mike Corbin (Max Gail) as he tries to come to grips with a new demise, so there’s the potential for Mike and Liam Corbin to guide Brando to heaven.
Whatever the case, there’s strong evidence that Brando will die in a sinister twist after the hook baddie makes sure of it.
Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will make a disturbing discovery in the medical report that they’ll share with Jordan.
That could point to poison and make them realize the killer is raising the stakes.
Maxie will have a dreadful realization later, so she may get the news of Brando not pulling through.
The goes for Carly, who will also get hit with terrible news and fear for her family’s safety.
During the week of September 26-30, Anna and Valentin will steal some romantic moments while Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) makes a big sacrifice – no doubt one meant to prove his love for Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West).
Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) will also make a grisly discovery together.
Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) will have a fun night at the Metro Court, where she’ll apparently cross paths with Gregory and Alexis ahead of this shocker.
That could set the stage for them to find Diane’s injured body after the hook villain strikes again.
We should note that another attack will happen after the confirmed death, so Diane’s ordeal may follow Brando’s.
Once Gregory and Alexis make their horrific find, Finn will fight hard to save someone’s life.
Sonny will console someone in need, but he’ll no doubt need some comfort himself.
After Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) expresses a hunch, Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) will land in hot water.
Sonny will push for answers and try to determine if there’s any truth to Dante’s bad feeling about his hired help.
As for Carly, she may be back in Port Charles by the time she gets a shocking visitor.
Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will also reach out to someone with an important request, so this could involve his decision to seek genetic counseling after all.
That could lead to trouble since Portia has already been trying to do some digging into Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) paternal history.
Portia will also corner Jordan for a heated showdown and hope the Trina bio dad secret stays under wraps.
Back with Dante, he’ll do some brainstorming with Josslyn. Maybe Josslyn will hope she can help clear Dex’s name as the evidence piles up against him.
Elsewhere, Austin Gatlin Holt will have a tense meeting with Mason (Nathanyael Grey) while Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) pushes Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) for honesty.
That’ll lead to Maxie encouraging Cody to go into this with an open mind.
It sounds like Cody will learn he might be Mac Scorpio’s (John J. York) biological son, so Maxie may try to fix the negative first impression Mac made. Of course, a DNA test may follow soon after.
At Pentonville, Spencer will get a visit from Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy). We’ll also see Liz open up to Gregory as she tries to process her returned memories.
While Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) gets ready for his next musical performance, he’ll receive some help from Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton).
As for Valentin and Anna, they’ll turn to someone who could serve as a crucial new ally.
Finally, Nikolas will bicker with Finn, so there may be new concerns about Ava’s condition or about some complications that arise.
