General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks, June 27 to July 8, tease that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will fear cheating exposure while Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) face off. Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) plan will also upset Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), so here’s what fans can look forward to.
During the week of June 27-July 1, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will derail a confrontation that breaks out between Nina and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) at the Metro Court pool.
Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will be caught up in the middle of all that when Willow arrives to take things in a startling direction.
It looks like Willow will collapse and land at GH to await a diagnosis.
Meanwhile, Sonny will push Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) to play nice with Dex (Evan Hofer) and assure him that their previously problematic new hire understands the rules now.
Over with Leo Quartermaine (Easton Rocket Sweda), he’ll eavesdrop on Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and realize there’s a plot going on against Sonny.
Next, Spencer will set a disastrous plan in motion – one that’ll lead to multiple people all wet in the pool.
Unfortunately, Spencer will also strike out when it comes to using this scheme to prove Esme Prince’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) guilt.
Back with Sasha, she’ll strike a deal with Felty (Brian Norris) before her Home and Heart appearance.
Sasha may take drugs before her shopping channel debut and exhibit some bizarre behavior on the air as a result.
Whatever the case, Haven de Havilland (Morgan Fairchild) the shopping channel hostess will no doubt have a thing or two to say about Sasha’s actions.
Brando will also worry about Sasha in the aftermath, so he’ll want her to see that she needs professional help.
Over with Esme, she’ll blackmail Nikolas into reinstating her internship at Spring Ridge. Nikolas will have to find a way to make it happen or else the forbidden hookup news will spill to Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West).
As for Drew, he’ll have a business proposal for Nina to mull over. This could involve Drew’s plan to save Carly’s half of the Metro Court – though there’ll no doubt be something in it for Nina, too.
During the week of July 4-8, there’ll be an encore presentation. Since GH isn’t airing a new episode on the Fourth of July, look for a repeat to air instead.
Fortunately, we’ll jump right back into the action on Tuesday, July 5. That’s when Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will apparently change his mind about pursuing a job in the Quartermaine stables.
Over with Drew again, he’ll bicker with Carly over his Nina proposition. Drew will explain and try to get Carly on board with his plan, but it won’t be easy.
Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will end up on strained terms due to all his work drama, but they’ll get guidance from family members and agree to hash things out.
As for Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), she’ll clash with Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) again while Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) brings a surprise visitor to Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) at Shadybrook.
When Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) makes a suspicious phone call, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) will overhear and grill her about it.
Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) will also bond over their jobs as well as their failed dating lives, but someone will come along to interrupt.
That could be Cody since he always seems to pop up wherever Britt is.
Cody seems particularly interested in Britt’s connection to Cesar Faison (Anders Hove), so there’s obviously something in his backstory that relates to this dead villain.
Independence Day will bring fireworks and some confrontations – including one between Sonny and Spencer. Sonny may interrogate Spencer about Esme and the issues that have played out at the pool by then.
Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will also seek Nina’s assistance, but her reaction will catch him off guard.
Finally, Britt will become a third wheel as Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) try to have a romantic picnic.
Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) will stumble across the gang in the park and could perhaps add to Maxie’s new relationship hurdles.
