General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks, July 18 to July 29, tease that Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) will be asked for secret help while Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) races to stop the truth. Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) will also get busted with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) while Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) takes the stand, so here’s what viewers can look forward to.
During the week of July 18-22, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) will sell his phony story about finding Esme Prince’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) mom – complete with the DNA results he’s whipped up for her.
Spencer will work to convince Esme that his offer is legit and score a proper confession to help Trina.
Meanwhile, Trina’s trial will begin and lead to some stressful situations.
In the steam room, Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) will work himself into a tizzy over Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson), but TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) will try to help Brando calm down.
That’ll be easier said than done since Sasha has been deceiving Brando and now refuses to check in rehab.
Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) will also get updates on Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) date with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly), but that date will turn out to be a total disaster.
Cody’s attempt to woo Britt at the stables will go awry, especially when he starts fishing for Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) info.
The Haunted Star’s open mike night could bring a chance for Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) to make his popstar debut, but he’ll consider bailing on Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) plan before the performance.
While Brook Lynn works to keep Chase focused, Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) will get an unsettling text and meet up with someone mysterious later.
Back with TJ, he’ll let Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) know that her white blood cell count is elevated.
TJ will downplay the need for concern until they know more, but Willow will sense that he has a hunch about what’s actually wrong with her.
Willow will hide the news of her follow-up appointment from Michael, but their celebration with Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will get thrown off course – perhaps by Willow fainting again.
TJ and Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) will get all lovey-dovey, but they’ll have to put their bliss aside as a patient shows up at GH.
That patient could be Willow and force TJ to hurry up on getting the answers Willow needs.
Next, Esme will try to save herself by delivering a despite plea to the bartender, but Curtis Ashford’s (Donnell Turner) deal could be a game-changer.
Over with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he’ll try to teach Felty (Brian Norris) a violent lesson until someone comes along and intervenes.
During the week of July 25-29, Spencer will pressure Esme to confess her crimes and take the deal he’s offering.
Later, Trina will be taken aback over the surprise witness who gets on the stand.
That could involve Spencer, who’ll make a huge decision and may consider ratting himself out as Trina’s alibi.
A nervous Nikolas will eventually race to the courthouse and try to shut down the truth.
Nikolas may worry that Spencer could end up in Pentonville over that Spring Ridge field trip he took.
Regardless, Nikolas should have a bigger problem since Esme will seek Ryan’s assistance before plotting a quick Port Charles getaway.
Esme may determine that Spencer’s offer was bogus and try to make her escape before she lands behind bars.
Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) will get in the way, so look for a major confrontation with Esme – one that could result in Ava finding out Esme slept with Nikolas.
Next, Sasha will come clean to Willow and Michael about knowing they have a bun in the oven.
Later, Willow will share a moment of connection with Sasha, but the peaceful bubble will burst due to drama on both sides.
Back with Sonny, he’ll face Dex’s eagerness to prove he can do more within the organization.
Sonny will mull over whether Dex is ready with Brick’s (Stephen A. Smith) help.
Dex could hit a snag since Brando will spot him with Michael and may assume this involves harassing Sonny’s son.
Michael will hit a hurdle of his own when Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) catches him on a shady phone call.
Trina will take the stand to defend herself as her trial winds down, but there’ll be more GH issues in the meantime.
Willow will push TJ to just be honest about his suspected diagnosis, so he may drop quite a bomb on her.
Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will also clear past all the red tape and get back to work.
Unfortunately, Liz’s first day on the job again will lead to some shocker, so it may highlight her fractured mental state and the fact that she still needs help.
