General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks, April 25 to May 6, tease that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will control Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) fate regarding her daughter while Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) faces a mom crisis. Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will also make a disturbing discovery – and Chet Driscoll (Chris Van Etten) will return to Port Charles.
During the week of April 25-29, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will fume when he finds Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) trying to ask Willow for a favor.
Michael will assume this is about Sonny siding with Nina as usual and cut Sonny out of his life.
Meanwhile, Carly will push for answers after finding Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) setting fire to paperwork.
Harmony will claim it’s just tax documents and other personal stuff she needs to get rid of, but Carly will know there’s more to the story.
Of course, Harmony will want to put the secrets contained in Neil Byrne’s (Joe Flanigan) files behind her, but Carly will know she’s hiding something related to Nina.
As the pressure rises, Harmony will lose control – and that’ll put Carly in a scary situation along with Alexis Davis (temporary recast Stephanie Erb).
Both Carly and Alexis will both face Harmony’s violent outburst.
Other GH spoilers say Sasha will find Nina – presumably at her office – in the nick of time.
Since Harmony will be running wild, could she go after Nina next and have her plans derailed by Sasha’s arrival?
Harmony might slink off without getting the chance to make another dangerous move.
Whatever the case, Nina will sense that Sasha isn’t quite herself.
Whether Nina has concerns about drug use or not, she’ll end up sharing some worries with Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) later.
At a celebration for Deception, Sasha will face some shockers.
Sasha will be caught off guard in some way before ultimately making a disturbing discovery with Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs).
Gladys and Sasha will find something that horrifies them, so it sounds like it may be the aftermath of another violent encounter.
Will someone get in Harmony’s way? Could Harmony herself get injured instead?
Of course, there’s always the potential for more mob drama as well. Brando could end up in harm’s way if that’s the case, but he’ll be OK since he’ll reassure Sasha following her scare.
Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) will race to the hospital to see Alexis, who’ll have a nasty gash on her head following the Harmony ordeal.
Carly will be a little banged up, but she’ll be well enough to reunite with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) by the GH elevator and explain what happened.
Next, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) will get into an argument with Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), who won’t believe it’s possible that spirits are involved in Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) situation.
Lucy will disagree and point Liz in the direction of a medium – just so see if maybe Franco Baldwin’s (Roger Howarth) ghost has something to say.
Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will also be alone at the gallery when she hears the front door close.
Could it be Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) coming to explain himself?
Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) will listen in on one of Spencer’s upcoming conversations, so that could mean she’ll overhear his secret takedown plan if he comes clean to Trina.
Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will also pull off a romantic gesture for Ava, who may decide she can’t keep shutting her husband out – not if it means Esme wins!
During the week of May 2-6, Nina will enjoy a girls’ night out with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati).
Later, Sonny will confide in Nina and grow closer to her in the process.
Back with Carly, she’ll offer some shocking updates to Willow – no doubt regarding the Harmony drama that’s erupted.
Michael, Brando and Sasha will all end up offering a distraction to Willow soon after.
Carly will pressure Harmony to make a confession – and then Harmony will try to swear Carly to secrecy.
It sounds like Harmony may admit Nina is Willow’s biological mother and push Carly to keep quiet, so Carly will have to decide what she’s going to do.
Next, Chet will return from his trip overseas. He’ll no doubt want to seek Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) out and set up an official date soon.
Terry will go on an outing with Liz that takes a surprising turn.
That could involve bumping into Chet, but there’s also a chance for another stalker incident since Liz’s mystery will still be going on.
