General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) may be secretly working with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) against Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) may join the takedown plot, so let’s talk about all the latest spoilers.
During the week of April 25-29, Nikolas will surprise Ava with a grand gesture – one that finally causes Ava to wise up.
Ava will have a realization of some sort, so she may determine that Nikolas has been playing Esme this entire time.
Nikolas already alluded to the idea of letting Esme think he believed her sob story.
Nikolas felt it was wise to gain Esme’s trust, so this sounds a lot like Spencer’s plan.
GH fans know Spencer wants to reel Esme back in and convince her to drop her guard.
That way, Spencer can hopefully trip Esme up and prove she was the one who framed Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).
Nikolas’ behavior has been just as weird as Spencer’s lately. It’d be strange for Nikolas to be this supportive of Esme under the circumstances.
Since Spencer’s support was an act and Nikolas’ support seems fishy, maybe the two of them are working together.
Will Ava ultimately realize that and decide she wants in on the plot?
Ava might be irritated with Nikolas for keeping secrets, but her desire to destroy Esme could trump that anger.
Plus, it’d be nice to see Spencer put his issues with Ava aside and unite with her to achieve a common goal.
If there’s one thing Spencer and Ava can agree on, it’s that Trina doesn’t deserve to get locked up for a crime she didn’t commit.
Ava and Spencer also want Esme to pay for what she’s done, so there’s the potential for Spencer, Ava and Nikolas to come together like a real family.
Times of crisis can turn enemies into allies, so this could be the start of a genuine thawing between Spencer and Ava.
Of course, there could be a problem if Esme catches on.
There are some hints about Esme potentially discovering Spencer’s deception, so that could throw off the scheme if she indeed finds out.
Nevertheless, the idea of a big team forming against Esme sounds fun – especially since it may take that many of them to actually bring her down!
