General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) may start to suspect Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) partnership. Will Nina be the one to put Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) on the path to the truth?
Considering Michael’s beef with Nina, it’d be fitting for her to be the person to expose his plot.
Michael already hates Nina’s guts, but he’ll hate her even more if she’s the reason his Sonny scheme falls apart.
Of course, there are already going to be problems since Dex will land himself at the center of a major police investigation.
Dante Falconei (Dominic Zamprogna) will interrogate Dex and worry that he might be the one hooking people around Port Charles.
Michael is bound to grow nervous about his alliance with Dex and the potential for the truth to come out.
Nervous people tend to get sloppy and make mistakes, so the fact that Michael will be on edge certainly won’t work in his favor.
Dex is surely innocent when it comes to the attacker accusations, but Michael is guilty of using Dex to scheme against Sonny.
Sooner or later, Michael will have to pay the price for that.
We know that Nina will get suspicious of someone close to Sonny this fall, so that could involve overhearing incriminating information or getting other hints about Michael’s partnership with Dex.
Nina will land in a tricky situation and find herself uncertain of how much to spill.
Under the circumstances, Nina may worry about making the feud between Sonny and Michael even worse – especially without hard evidence of what Sonny’s son is up to.
Nina won’t want to seem like she’s stirring the pot, but she also can’t stand by and let Sonny face a sneak attack.
If Nina does end up suspecting that Dex is a plant working for Michael, she may reveal those suspicions to Sonny.
Somebody will have to alert Sonny to trouble and make him see the threat he’s facing, so it might as well be Nina!
Based on GH fall preview spoilers, Nina could indeed get tangled up in all the Michael and Dex drama.
