GH fans know Spencer is gearing up for a three-month stint in Pentonville.
That’s part of why Spencer has been hesitant to saddle Trina with the truth about his feelings or his elaborate plan to bring Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) down.
Spencer doesn’t believe he deserves Trina and just wants to see her happy, so he’s been letting her enjoy her newfound bliss with Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse).
However, true love runs deep and has left Spencer longing to tell Trina what’s in his heart.

It’s obvious based on this letter that Spencer loves Trina and only wanted to help her, even when it didn’t always seem that way.
Once Spencer gathers his courage, he’ll arrive at Trina’s celebration and prepare for the next step.
That’s when the situation will ultimately take a heartbreaking turn.
Trina will deliver some harsh truth bombs about Spencer’s behavior and how much he’s hurt her.
