General Hospital Spoilers: Team Sonny or Team Michael – Whose Side Are You On?

General Hospital Spoilers: Team Sonny or Team Michael – Whose Side Are You On?General Hospital Spoilers: Team Sonny or Team Michael – Whose Side Are You On?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease we have to ask: Team Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) or Team Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell)? Whose side are you on in the latest Corinthos family battle?

We’re clearly dealing with a pretty complicated situation, so let’s start with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) keeping Sonny’s survival a secret in Nixon Falls.

It’s easy to see why Michael remains outraged since Sonny was so quick to get over what Nina put them all through.

Of course, Sonny has made other questionable choices – like jumping into bed with Nina before Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) arrival on The Haunted Star.

It’s not surprising that Michael is siding with his mom and acting Sonny has betrayed their family.

That’s especially true since Sonny continues to defend Nina and is fighting for her right to have visits with Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weaver).

Sonny doesn’t get to decide whether Michael and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) allow that.

However, it’s also worth acknowledging that Michael is a giant hypocrite.

Michael wants everyone to respect the decisions he makes in his own relationship with Willow, but he passes judgment on everyone else around him.

Michael tries to act like Nina is a terrible influence on his son, but what about his own bad behavior?

Poor Wiley’s probably wondering where Daddy is while Michael’s sitting in jail for assault.

It’s not the first time Michael’s had anger management issues either.

Michael punched Smoltz (David Lautman) on the March 18 episode, but we can’t forget the punch he threw at Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) after that trumped-up fraud debacle.

When we’re witnessing Michael’s violent meltdowns, Nina’s visitation requests don’t seem so outrageous.

Nina isn’t a real threat to her grandson; this is all about Michael’s desire to hurt Nina – and that’s not fair to Wiley.

That said, Michael understandably has sympathy for Carly right now.

Sonny is constantly stepping up for Nina, so that has to be a sore spot considering everything that’s happened.

Time will no doubt heal some of these wounds, but Sonny perhaps needs to understand that not everyone’s going to feel the way he feels about Nina.

Meanwhile, Michael could benefit from examining his own flaws before he’s so quick to judge.

There are good reasons to support either side – and it might even boil down to which character you like best in some cases!

Are you on Team Sonny or Team Michael?

General Hospital spoilers say Michael will reject Sonny’s support during his latest arrest crisis, so that’ll make the tension between them even worse.
