General Hospital Spoilers: Thursday, April 28 Recap – Sasha Does CPR to Save Harmony – Spencer Catches Rory & Trina Flirting

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Thursday, April 28, reveals that Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) did CPR to save Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) while Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) caught Officer Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) flirting.

At the Metro Court Gardens, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) joined Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) before admitting something came up for Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). They had to do their double date night without her.

Willow made herself scarce so that Michael and Dante could discuss the Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) situation, but Michael stood his ground.

Dante eventually got called away on police business, so Willow and Michael enjoyed some lovey-dovey moments alone.

On the road, Sasha panicked over hitting Harmony and did CPR before the paramedics came.

The photographer caught up with Sasha and snapped pictures of the horrific scene, so Sasha and Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) chewed him out.

Dante arrived right as Sasha was physically attacking the photographer, who complained that he was bleeding.

After Dante urged the guy to find his own way to the hospital, Sasha explained how Harmony had jumped in front of her car out of nowhere.

Dante advised Gladys to take Sasha to GH since she might be in shock. He also wanted to get their statements at the PCPD in the morning.

Gladys assured Sasha that she still had the memory card from the photographer’s camera, but she wondered what was so important about it.

Sasha had an outburst about her grief being put under a microscope, so Gladys calmed her down and insisted she’d hand over the memory card at the hospital.

Alexis Davis (temporarily played by Stephanie Erb) was a little banged up, but she was released from the hospital quickly.

Sam got the scoop while Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) grilled Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), who was also admitted to the hospital briefly.

Carly told Jordan about finding Dr. Neil Bryne’s (Joe Flanigan) notes and how Brendon Byrne (Josh Coxx) had apparently been blackmailing Harmony.

Jordan found out Willow wasn’t Harmony’s biological child, but she struggled with the idea of Harmony killing multiple people over the secret.

When Jordan pushed Carly to reveal what else she knew, Carly recalled talking to Harmony about how she owed Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

However, Carly left that part of the story out and acted like she’d shared as much as she could.

Carly eventually called Michael and told him to bring Willow to the emergency room right away.

Soon after, critically injured Harmony was wheeled in – leaving Carly, Alexis and Sam stunned.

Michael and Willow showed up next, so they learned Harmony had been hit by a car.

TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) didn’t have time to explain, but he vowed to return with news as soon as he had it.

While Harmony was rushed off to surgery, Willow questioned who could’ve done this to her mother. Suddenly, Sasha appeared in the distance with Gladys and looked guilty.

Dante caught up with the photographer, who only needed a tiny bandage for his hand.

When the photographer realized Sasha could press charges against him too, he decided not to press his own.

Dante mentioned that there could be a case of illegal vehicular pursuit, but the photographer didn’t let that deter him from going after a big payday.

After Dante left, the guy called up Smoltz (David Lautman) and urged him to hit the ATM.

“’Cause what I got, you gonna want,” the photographer said with a laugh.

At The Savoy, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) told Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) about Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) being sent to a mental institution after a protest that got out of hand.

Portia’s main concern was the shady methods Curtis had obviously used to obtain that info.

Portia wanted Curtis to think about their future, so Curtis insisted that he would.

Although Curtis knew Trina wasn’t his daughter, he cared for her and wanted to protect her.

Curtis assured Portia that she wouldn’t have to worry about any ethics issues from now on, but she seemed uneasy.

At Wyndemere, Spencer covered after Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) caught him pushing Cameron Webber (William Lipton) for a favor over the phone.

Spencer acted like his recent fight was about defending Esme and insisted it had always been them against the world.

After Spencer left, Esme witnessed Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) throw his phone and overturn a romantic table setup.

Nikolas was upset over Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) telling him not to wait up and not returning his calls.

Esme acted apologetic for her role in Nikolas’ marriage issues.

Esme hoped to have the same kind of passion and loyalty in her life, so she touched Nikolas’ arm in a tender moment.

Laura Collins (Genie Francis) then arrived with the good news that Sonny gave his word that he wouldn’t hurt Esme.

Laura thought Esme could leave Wyndemere, but Nikolas acted like they shouldn’t be too hasty.

Once Laura was alone with her son, she pushed Nikolas to get the scorpion out of his house and was concerned about the toll this was taking on his marriage.

Nikolas felt confident that his family would be intact once the dust settled, so Laura hoped he knew what he was doing.

At the gallery, Officer Cabrera urged Trina to put down the pepper spray after he surprised her.

Rory pointed out that the door was unlocked, so he was just offering a reminder since he’d been assigned to watch out for Trina nearby.

Trina called Rory out on overreacting with his double arrest the other day, but she cut him some slack and brought him a bottle of water as they flirted.

Rory invited Trina to use his first name and got a little art lesson right as Spencer arrived.

Spencer seemed rather jealous and made snide remarks, so Trina chewed him out after Rory left.

Trina felt Spencer was the same entitled brat he’d always been and urged him to run home to that “phony twisted witch” that he considered the love of his life.

Spencer snapped that Esme was far from it, so Esme looked taken aback as she showed up and overheard.

General Hospital spoilers say Spencer’s secret plan will bring more curveballs, so stay tuned!
