General Hospital Spoilers: Thursday, April 7 Recap – Michael Throws Nina & Sonny Under The Bus – Sheila Warns Marshall

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Thursday, April 7, reveals that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) offered a scandalous Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) scoop while Jennifer Smith (Holly Gagnier) managed to bust Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) safe break-in.

At Sonny’s penthouse, he dodged questions about the bandage above his eye and wanted to know Nina’s news.

Nina filled Sonny in on filing the petition for visitation with Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and objected to being viewed as a threat like Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier).

However, Sonny acknowledged that he saw all of Nina – and she saw all of Sonny, too.

After Nina learned the eye injury was from sparring in the ring, she dabbed the blood and ended up kissing Sonny.

Nina pushed Sonny to mend fences with Michael even if it meant siding against her in court.

Sonny insisted he was on Wiley’s side and thought everyone could use all the love they could get.

Meanwhile, Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) visited Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) to inquire about an extra job working at the Metro Court.

Harmony admitted she tried to go to bat for Nina and said something about feeling like she owed her, so Carly was left rather puzzled.

After Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) bickered with Smoltz (David Lautman) about the video scandal and the possibility of other stories, she visited Carly as well.

Alexis was asked to be on a panel regarding the video injustice, so she gave Carly a heads-up and planned to talk to Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) as well as Cameron Webber (William Lipton).

However, Alexis became more interested in why Harmony had been there and sought updates from Carly.

Michael and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) were served with the paperwork regarding Nina’s petition for visitation rights, so they obviously weren’t happy about that.

Smoltz also got an offer from Michael to make the assault charges go away.

Michael was willing to give a detailed account of his family’s history with Nina, including the inside scoop on Sonny’s relationship with her.

Smoltz was on board if Michael truly had the goods and knew exactly who could run the story.

Over with Harmony, she learned about Nina’s legal action from Willow and hoped maybe there was still hope for a more peaceful solution.

Willow insisted any chance of a civil agreement was dead and acted like Nina was a narcissist who couldn’t be trusted.

Harmony kept ignoring calls and phone notifications until Brendon Byrne (Josh Coxx) sent a text that got her attention.

He revealed it was Brendon and said they should meet or his next call would be to her daughter, so Harmony was on edge.

Next, Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) urged Laura Collins (Genie Francis) to see that they could be an unstoppable force if they teamed up.

Laura mentioned that it was too bad Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) wouldn’t be around for the better future Victor had in mind.

Victor insisted that was a terrible tragedy and kept trying to sell Laura on the idea of fighting for a shared cause.

Laura wasn’t buying Victor’s family man act and worried about his tendency to just take what he wants.

After Stella Henry’s (Vernee Watson) medical scare, she went to GH over what was apparently a panic attack.

Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) was concerned about Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) upsetting Stella and felt he had a responsibility to protect his family, even from his own father.

With that in mind, Curtis made a phone call about reconsidering a proposition and was obviously ready to negotiate with Selina Wu (Lydia Look).

Meanwhile, Marshall spoke to Trina about his own experience with people thinking the worst of him.

Michael offered a sympathetic ear as Trina tried to work out whether Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) had been a real friend to her considering all his mistakes.

Marshall then took a phone call from Stella, who revealed her panic attack and offered a warning.

Sheila knew it’d be bad for their family and their place in it if Marshall spilled too much.

Stella insisted that if Marshall faced more questions about his past, he’d better stick to the story.

In French Polynesia, Valentin flirted with Jennifer while in disguise and went back to her hotel room for a hot night.

After Jennifer slipped her valuables in the safe, she took a shower and described everything she was doing to appease the captain.

That helped Valentin know how much time he had as he took a black pouch from his pocket and tried out different safe combinations.

Unfortunately, Valentin still suffered a case of poor timing. He got the safe open right as Jennifer reappeared and demanded answers!

General Hospital spoilers say Valentin will have quite a predicament to get out of, so don’t miss his next move.
