General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, December 1, teases that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will have a risky partner in crime while Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) struggles with a decision. Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will also deliver some bad news to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton), so there’ll be some shockers and shakeups happening in Port Charles.
First, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will make a bold move when she reaches out to Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen).
We’ll see Nina seek help for a friend, so that could be Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) since she’s a mutual one for Nina and Willow.
However, this conversation will head downhill quickly. Willow and Nina will clash as usual, but it’ll be worse this time around since Willow will be weak due to her leukemia fight.
The result may be Willow’s medical crisis since she’ll need urgent care as the week winds down.
Next, a different kind of crisis will play out for Brook Lynn, who’ll be desperate to salvage her relationship with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard).
Chase dumped Brook Lynn over her selfish actions, but she’ll want to make this right by getting a letter to the civilian complaint review board ASAP.
Sadly, it looks like Dante will deliver bad news and reveal that Brook Lynn is too late.
Sasha will hear about Chase’s romantic woes during a catch-up session, so she’ll end up defending Brook Lynn.
Although Sasha will have sympathy for Chase, she’ll also push him to see things from Brook Lynn’s perspective.
Sasha will encourage Chase to look beyond the mistake and see what was in Brook Lynn’s heart.
Brook Lynn is a good person at her core, but it’ll be tough for her to undo the damage she’s done.
Speaking of damage, a lot of that’s been done to Josslyn and Cameron Webber’s (William Lipton) relationship, too.
Will Josslyn consider throwing in the towel on her romance with Cam?
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will quiz Josslyn and wonder if Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) will play a role in her choice.
Josslyn may have to address her growing feelings for Dex and whether they’ll continue to pull her away from Cameron.
While Josslyn wrestles with a romantic decision, Sonny will listen to Valentin Cassadine’s (James Patrick Stuart) proposal.
Valentin will hint at an idea that seems too good to be true, but Sonny will keep an open mind for Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) sake.
GH spoilers suggest Valentin will become Sonny’s partner in crime on a new scheme, so they’ll hope to put their heads together and save Anna.
Over with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), he’ll return Dex’s phone and wonder what it was doing near the Quartermaine gatehouse.
Dex will apparently admit that Josslyn sewed him up after he got shot and then took him back to her dorm.
Between that and Carly going after antibiotics for Dex, Michael isn’t going to be pleased!
Since Michael doesn’t want his family connected to any of the Sonny takedown drama, he’ll warn Dex to back off.
Since Josslyn and Dex have a pretty magnetic attraction going on, keeping them apart could be easier said than done!
