General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, February 3, teases that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) will plan an escape bombshell while Sam McCall (Lindsay Hartley) carries out a new mission. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) may also double down on his plans, let’s talk about what’s coming up.
At GH, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will arrive to pick up Peter for his prison transport.
Peter will be in his Pentonville jumpsuit, but General Hospital spoilers say Pentonville won’t be his final destination.
That’s because a getaway plot is brewing – one that’ll put Louise August (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt) in grave danger.
Peter will gloat to Dante over what an unforgettable villain he is and may think he’s going to be even more legendary soon.
Of course, plenty of GH fans would disagree on that! Most of us can’t wait for Peter to die, but he’ll be alive and well after his escape pans out.
It’ll leave Dante and Mac Scorpio (John J. York) scrambling soon, so Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) mysterious package may play a role in the chaos.
Victor will speak with someone about that package over the phone. He’ll want immediate updates on its arrival, but what will be inside?
There’s a chance Victor might have an explosion planned to help Peter make a break for it – meaning a bomb would be inside that package.
On the other hand, there’s been a lot of talk about the Ice Princess lately.
Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) had a counterfeit one, but the real one is almost certainly going to land in Victor’s hands if it isn’t there already.
The package could contain the real Ice Princess, but Victor won’t divulge much of anything when Laura Collins (Genie Francis) confronts him.
Laura will rant about the cost of Victor’s connections and won’t think they’re going to be a good thing for Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) or even Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) for that matter.
Laura will have concerns about both her son and grandson, but she’ll get a chance to slam Victor later.
Laura will voice her displeasure when it comes to all the family meddling Victor is doing.
Laura may also bring up her suspicions regarding Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) death and the counterfeit diamond being tied to Victor.
While Victor presumably stonewalls Laura, Sam will look for Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson).
Sam be on a mission to track Spinelli down, so it sounds like Spin’s expertise will be needed.
As for Mac and all the prison escape drama we mentioned, it seems he’ll end up seriously injured before the week winds down.
Until then, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) will have a hunch about Spencer – one she won’t like that all.
Esme might get the feeling that Spencer is playing her and perhaps not even all that interested in their reunion.
On the other hand, Esme’s hunch may involve Spencer’s current location. She might head over to the gallery and seethe at the sight of Spencer with Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla).
Whatever the case, Spencer will pour his heart out to Trina in a tender moment. He’ll be sorry for all the cabin mayhem and for bailing when she needed someone.
Spencer will be grateful for all the pep talks and lessons Trina has taught him.
Spencer will no doubt plan to reflect on those and use them to get through the next month at Spring Ridge.
At Charlie’s Pub, Sonny will show up looking for Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy).
Sonny may admit his reunion goal isn’t happening as fast as he’d like, but he won’t give up.
Sonny will talk about tonight being a big deal, so he may double down on his grand gesture idea.
Now that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) knows Sonny was planning to recreate their wedding in Martinique, he might even want to go bigger and better.
Despite telling Carly he would wait for her, Sonny will remain impatient.
Perhaps Phyllis will urge Sonny to remember their slow-paced life in Nixon Falls and embrace that attitude when it comes to waiting for Carly to come around.
Sonny might also have an awkward encounter with Drew, who’ll land at Charlie’s Pub with Britt.
When Britt realizes Drew somehow got on Sonny’s bad side, she’ll want the scoop.
Drew may not go into all the details, but he’ll share enough to give Britt the gist.
There may also be some Cassadine Island talk now that Drew and Britt have had a chance to process everything.
Britt and Drew both blame themselves on some level for Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) death, so they may lean on each other as they continue to cope.
In the meantime, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) may realize the jig is up now that Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) recalls what went down in Pautauk.
Austin will push Maxie to finally come clean about handing Louise off to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) to temporarily raise as “Bailey Quartermaine.”
Maxie may admit Austin’s got it right and swear him to secrecy.
Maxie won’t want Peter finding out the truth, but it’s a little late for that since Peter’s already in the loop! As other news emerges, we’ll fill you in.
