General Hospital Spoilers: Thursday, January 20 Update – Dante’s Infuriating Peter Shocker – Tracy Tips Ned Off

General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, January 20, teases that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will deliver an infuriating Peter August (Wes Ramsey) shocker while Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) tips Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) off to trouble. Austin Gatlin Holt’s rejection will also become an obstacle for Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner), so let’s discuss what’s in store.

At GH, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will once again try to shut down any talk about returning to Pautauk.

Maxie will argue that there’s no point since there’s nothing else to remember about the night Louise August (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt) was born.

That’s true since Maxie has no intention of budging from her bogus version of events. Maxie doesn’t want anyone finding out she handed Louise over to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) that night.

Of course, Maxie knows Austin could potentially recall something from when he was trying to regain consciousness.

That’s why Maxie will do everything in her power to avoid taking this trip with Austin and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).

However, Felicia will feel like Maxie’s just hesitant to relive her trauma. Since Maxie respects Austin as a doctor and a friend, Felicia will turn to him for help.

Felicia may argue that Austin is the one person who might be able to get through to Maxie on this.

Austin will be reluctant to force Maxie into a painful situation, especially since they’ve rehashed what happened many times.

Like Maxie, Austin may be skeptical about this Pautauk trip actually helping.

Nevertheless, Felicia will feel like they have to do something! Even if it doesn’t work, Felicia may argue that at least they’d be trying to bring Louise home.

Despite Maxie’s rising panic, it seems she’ll be pressured into taking this trip after all.

As for Anna, she’ll sit down with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and secure his help with something. Valentin will let Anna know the plan is already in motion, so she’ll appreciate his strategic mind and how he’s always ahead of the game.

At one point, Valentin will talk about being feared – perhaps as a Cassadine now that his true Cassadine status has been restored.

Anna will ask if being feared is important to Valentin and may suspect his heart has softened a great deal in recent years.

Valentin has indeed become more laid-back – though he definitely knows how to terrify others when he’s pushed too far!

Speaking of being pushed too far, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) will have an outburst on Thursday. He’ll get riled up over something Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) says and will demand answers about what Finn means.

Finn will seem taken aback over Chase’s anger bubbling up. This conversation may tie in with Peter’s latest attorney shenanigans and the possibility that he’ll get off the hook for killing Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth).

Chase takes his role as “Bailey Quartermaine’s” father very seriously, so he’ll seethe over any developments related to Louise’s devious bio dad.

Finn will get a reminder of his past behavior, so he may think back on covering up what he thought was Peter’s murder with Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst).

Although Finn didn’t want to land behind bars, there’ll always be part of him that wishes that death had stuck!

Liz should find herself wishing that as well after Dante’s latest updates. Dante has something terrible to tell Liz – and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) will become privy to this info, too.

Liz and Cam might find out about Peter hiring Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) to defend him against the Franco murder accusations.

Dante may admit Peter has come forward with accusations of his own – none of which paint Franco in a favorable light.

Cameron and Elizabeth may end up furious over Peter tarnishing Franco’s memory with tons of trash talk.

As for Peter, he’ll pat himself on the back in his hospital room and look forward to spreading the word about how horrible Franco was.

Peter will make himself out to be the victim – perhaps in some big interview if Martin can swing it and the cops will allow it.

Franco’s name is about to be dragged through the mud, so that’s going to tough for Liz and Cam to tolerate.

Finally, Ned will interrogate Brook Lynn since Tracy acts like her granddaughter has landed in some trouble.

Brook Lynn may argue that Tracy is exaggerating, but Ned will feel like he’s not getting the whole story – especially since BLQ moved in with Chase so abruptly.

General Hospital spoilers say Brook Lynn will have to dodge Ned’s questions and tackle the next protection phase as best as she can.

CDL’s the place to be for fantastic General Hospital spoilers, updates and news, so pop back in soon.
