General Hospital Spoilers: Thursday, January 6 – Sonny Can’t Choose One Woman – Louise’s Fate in Tracy’s Hands

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, January 6, tease that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) won’t be able to choose one woman – and Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will think going back to work is what’s best. Louise August’s (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt) fate will also be in Tracy Quartermaine’s (Jane Elliot) hands, so here’s what GH fans can expect.

For starters, Tracy just figured out that “Bailey Quartermaine” is actually Louise, so she’ll admit to knowing what Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) is up to.

Brook Lynn will wonder what makes Tracy think she’s up to something, but Tracy may think BLQ should just come clean already.

Tracy saw how drawn Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) was to the baby and knows “Bailey” was supposedly born around the same time as Louise.

Maxie may think it’s surprising that more people haven’t figured this out by now and call Brook Lynn out on hiding Louise in plain sight.

Brook Lynn may argue that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) is a monster who could go after “Bailey” if he escapes.

Brook Lynn may beg Tracy not to say anything for Louise’s own protection, but Tracy might think all of this seems like overkill considering Peter’s handcuffed to a hospital bed and surrounded by guards.

Nevertheless, Brook Lynn will keep Tracy’s mouth shut for now.

In the meantime, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will wonder where Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) heard something, so he may admit Tracy is back in town following Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) death.

At some point on Thursday’s GH episode, Alexis and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) are going to face an unpleasant surprise.

There’ll be a visitor they aren’t happy to see, so this could tie in with Alexis and Tracy’s old feud – though Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) is always a pot-stirrer option.

Next, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) will ask Maxie what’s more on fire than their IPO.

Maxie may babble on about Deception’s future, but she will no doubt remain concerned about the Tracy situation.

Once Maxie reconvenes with Brook Lynn, she should get confirmation that Tracy’s in the loop on who “Bailey” really is.

As for Sasha, she’ll feel like it’s time to head back to work.

Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) won’t be sure Sasha’s ready following the loss of their newborn son – and Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) may also suggest Sasha should take more time to grieve.

However, Sasha won’t want to sit around making herself miserable over losing Liam Corbin. She’ll want to stay busy and try to move on, but Brando will worry she’s not truly dealing with what happened.

Gladys will offer Brando plenty of support as he deals with Sasha’s push to resume her Deception duties.

Over with Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West), she’ll tell Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) that they’re getting to the best part!

It sounds like Ava will taunt Nina a bit – perhaps due to Nina spending New Year’s Eve with intoxicated Sonny.

Nina might argue that she was simply worried about Sonny and gave him a ride, but Ava might feel like Nina’s still finding ways to spend time with him.

Sonny and Nina still have a hold on each other, so that fact will worry Carly on Thursday’s show.

Carly will act like she made a choice – perhaps to take a step back from Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and fully commit to repairing her marriage to Sonny.

Carly will vent to Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) and feel like Sonny isn’t making the same choice when it comes to Nina.

Olivia might point out that Sonny’s situation is a little different since Nina is a living, breathing reminder of the love they shared.

Jason is dead, but who’s to say Carly wouldn’t still be drawn to him romantically if he were around?

Carly’s temptation is gone, but Sonny’s is right there in Port Charles!

Even so, Carly will feel like Sonny needs to fully let go of Nina before they can move forward.

That’ll be easier said than done for Sonny, who’ll have another crucial conversation with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) soon enough.

“Unless you’re telling me it’s still real,” Dante says in Thursday’s preview video. He may fear Sonny’s fantasy world in Nixon Falls has carried over into his PC reality.

Although Dante will understand on some level, he may think Sonny needs to be careful about boundaries or else he could lose Carly for good!

General Hospital spoilers say Sonny will remain in tricky territory, so stay tuned for more drama.
