General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, July 21, tease that Selina Wu (Lydia Look) will be willing to play dirty for Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) while Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) threatens the mystery man who just summoned him. Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) will also plot more destruction, so here’s what GH fans can look forward to.
For starters, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will push for answers about the act Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) is putting on.
Cody has been telling Britt what he thinks she wants to hear, so she’ll feel like all that talk about getting to know each other was a load of bull.
There’ll be more bickering until Britt finally calls time of death on this date and any potential for their future.
Cody may think Britt is just being stubborn as usual, but she’ll leave in a huff and put up even more walls than before.
Over with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), they’ll work to trick Linc Brown (Dan Buran) as a team.
Linc approached Chase after his performance and seems interested in signing him, so Brook Lynn will be up next to pretend she’s outraged.
Brook Lynn will argue that Chase can’t honestly be considering this, but that should be part of the show they’re putting on for Linc’s benefit.
Next, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will worry that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) is going to need a miracle, but Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) will offer support and perhaps point out Curtis could still come through.
Curtis will indeed try a new tactic to help Trina clear her name – one that’ll apparently involve striking a deal with Selina.
Thursday’s preview video shows Selina insisting that Curtis still doesn’t understand how far her reach is.
Selina will play as dirty as it takes to get what Curtis wants, but she’ll obviously need him to make it worth her while.
Curtis would do just about anything to keep Trina out of prison, so he may grant Selina’s new demands and get her to put some pressure on the bartender, Oz Haggerty (Max Faugno).
Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) will look awfully smug as she suggests she can’t wait for what comes next.
Whether Esme means Trina’s conviction or perhaps blowing up her steamy session with Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), she’ll be eager to watch the destruction unfold.
Of course, this Selina situation could back Oz the bartender into a corner – and that could back Esme into a corner as a result.
Whatever the case, Esme will resort to begging Oz as she works to keep herself out of trouble.
Other GH spoilers say Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will get the wrong idea and suggest she’d totally trust Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) with her heart if she were single.
Maxie may think Spinelli is interested in her romantically or just decide to offer a pep talk about his chances with other ladies.
Regardless, Spinelli will confess something huge to Maxie, so he may admit he’s the mastermind of Society Setups – and that’s the reason for his strange behavior lately.
Austin is exhibiting some strange behavior of his own since he just took a tense meeting on the deck of The Haunted Star.
The mystery man clearly wants something and will deliver orders, but Austin will argue that he doesn’t answer to him.
Austin will no doubt deliver some fierce threats, especially when it comes to Maxie and keeping this guy away from her.
Nevertheless, the doc is dealing with major drama and may have a harder time getting this man off his back than he anticipates.
General Hospital spoilers say Austin could raise Maxie’s suspicions the longer he keeps his tight spot a secret.
