General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, March 24, tease that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will double down on danger while Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) makes a confession. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will also have a surprise for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) since she’ll bump into him with unexpected news, so let’s discuss what’s ahead.
First, Willow will admit she hasn’t been honest.
Willow will come clean to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) once he’s out on bail, so her confession might involve her collapse at GH and the apparent panic attack she had beforehand.
Willow might worry that Nina will try to use Michael’s arrest against them in the visitation case, but Michael may offer reassurance.
Michael’s determined to keep Nina out of Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos’ (Viron Weaver) life, but Nina’s just as determined to see her grandson.
Of course, there’s always a chance that Willow’s hiding something else like a pregnancy.
This is a soap after all! Regardless, Willow will have something to spill soon enough.
When Nina goes looking for Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy) at Charlie’s Pub, she’ll find Sonny instead.
Nina will tell Sonny that she was following up on something important and may catch him off guard with her desire to join forces with Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel).
Speaking of Harmony, she’ll turn to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) for advice about a surprising topic.
Maybe Harmony will want to know what Alexis thinks about this Nina alliance and whether it could backfire with Willow.
Naturally, Alexis may think the bigger issue is that Harmony is still lying about her bio mom status and gave Willow a forged birth certificate.
Although Alexis may give Harmony another nudge toward a confession, it just won’t be that simple for Harmony.
Since Harmony hasn’t offered the real version of events, Alexis doesn’t have all the facts.
Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) doesn’t have all the facts when it comes to Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) either – and that’s why he’ll seek Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) help.
Drew’s info proved that Marshall was living outside the country under his own name.
Curtis now doubts that Marshall was in witness protection and will want to dig deeper with Jordan on his side.
As for Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma), he’ll do his best to organize a family dinner now that Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) is home from Spring Ridge.
That could be difficult since Spencer and Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) have so much tension to work through.
Nikolas will ask if something’s a problem on Thursday’s episode.
Nikolas will focus on keeping the peace and making sure Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) doesn’t lead Spencer down the wrong path.
Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) will also concentrate on Victor when she spies on him at the Metro Court.
Ava will watch Victor regroup following his latest setback and no doubt grow more intrigued about his agenda.
However, Victor will eventually sit down with Ava and suspect she’s got an agenda of her own.
Ava will warn that she always wants something and usually gets it.
It looks like Ava and Victor will mess with each other a bit, but Victor tends to enjoy this sort of twisted game.
In the meantime, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will deliver updates regarding her trip to Austria.
Anna will fill Drew and Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) in, so they’ll also have an opportunity to explain the botched Victor setup.
They at least know Operation Demeter was involved, so Anna may think that’s something they can work with.
Anna will continue to believe Drew is their best chance at prying more information out of Victor and push for another mission.
Sam, on the other hand, may fear it’s too dangerous now that Victor knows Drew was conning him.
There’s the potential for disaster since Drew already has a target on his back.
General Hospital spoilers say more danger is indeed on the way, so stay tuned for some exciting drama!
