General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Thursday, March 24, reveals that Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) hinted at a new fall guy while Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) asked Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) to move in. Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) also enraged Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), so here’s how Thursday’s action played out.
At Laura Collins’ (Genie Francis) place, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) was eager to have a celebratory homecoming dinner for Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez).
Laura seemed uneasy over Victor being invited and had a meeting to attend first.
Spencer insisted on talking through some things with Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) alone and couldn’t make any promises about dinner at the Metro Court.
Once Esme was alone with Spencer, she said she hoped to be gone by the time he got home.
Esme pointed out that Laura delayed her and now thought she might be a good influence on Spencer – unlike his friends.
Although Esme hoped Spencer might apologize for thinking the worst of her, she was upset since he still didn’t think Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) was capable of leaking the cabin video.
Esme knew Spencer thought she was indeed capable, so he talked about how she sometimes went to extremes.
Esme then turned the situation around on Spencer and suggested he might’ve leaked the cabin video.
Esme ultimately admitting she was trying to prove a point and argued that she had faith in his character, which he didn’t extend to her.
Esme started to storm out, but the bag on her suitcase went flying. A pregnancy test box spilled out on the floor, so Spencer picked it up and looked shocked.
At Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) place, she spoke with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) about their Victor mission.
Anna admitted she still thought using Drew was their best strategy, but Drew and Sam had to admit how Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) botched the scheme.
Anna learned they did get a hint about Operation Demeter, which she hadn’t heard of.
Anna noted that it might’ve been above her clearance or so disastrous that they deleted all records of it.
Once Laura arrived, she got updates on Kurt admitting to deliberately sabotaging the cable car in Austria.
There was nothing to connect the crash to Victor yet, but Laura said knowledge was power and thought they were off to a good start.
At the Metro Court, Victor hinted to Johann (Max Decker) about finding another fall guy for Luke Spencer’s (Anthony Geary) murder.
Johann made it clear he wouldn’t do it, but Victor had someone else in mind.
Soon after, Victor and Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) played mind games with each other.
Ava thought it would behoove her to stay in Victor’s good graces once his big plan was revealed.
Once Nikolas joined Ava, they pushed Ava to trust them with whatever it was he was planning.
Victor toyed with his Cassadine crest ring and decided maybe they were right.
At The Invader, Harmony sought advice from Alexis regarding Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and the alliance she had in mind.
Alexis eventually mentioned TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) making her a meal to thank her now that they were moving out.
Harmony thought a homecooked meal sounded nice since her motel room didn’t have a kitchen.
Alexis was surprised to learn Harmony had been living in a motel since she left prison, but Harmony said it was tough to save up for a deposit on what she earned at Spring Ridge.
Although Alexis offered to cosign a lease or offer a loan, Harmony didn’t want to jeopardize their friendship.
Alexis decided that since she had a home, Harmony should just stay with her until she saved up enough money for the security deposit.
At the PCPD, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) found Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) as he was about to be released on bail.
Willow confessed to collapsing at GH and admitted her mom really stepped up for her. It was the first time Harmony had put Willow’s needs above all else.
As for Curtis, he pressured Jordan to unseal Marshall Ashford’s (Robert Gossett) sealed arrest record.
Curtis wanted Jordan to let him know if there was anything important.
Jordan refused to do anything unethical, but Curtis pointed out she had no problem getting similar documents for Laura when all the Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) drama was going down.
Jordan acted like that was different because of what happened to TJ, so Curtis suggested it was because TJ was family – and Curtis wasn’t anymore.
After Jordan blew up at Curtis for being unfair, Curtis fired back that Jordan was the one being unfair after everything she put him through.
Jordan warned Curtis not to tell her how to do her job and suggested he was destroying the goodwill they’d built up.
Although Jordan was willing to help in other ways, Curtis said she shouldn’t even bother and stomped off.
Meanwhile, Nina talked to Sonny about the Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weaver) situation and understood if he had to stand with Michael.
Sonny was sympathetic to Nina’s desire to spend time with her grandson and admitted he’d fight for the same thing in her position.
Nina and Sonny eventually took a break from all the dramatic topics and shared a sweet dance together.
There were flashbacks of Sonny and Nina dancing in Nixon Falls as well, so it was a special moment of reconnection.
When Curtis ultimately interrupted looking for Sonny, Nina suggested she was just leaving and took off in a hurry.
General Hospital spoilers say Nina and Sonny’s future will remain complicated, so stay tuned for more twists and turns.
