General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, May 12, tease that Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) will fume over Esme Prince’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) failure while Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) come up with a cover story. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will also fear Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) is in danger, so let’s talk about what’s ahead.
At the Quartermaine gatehouse, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will continue to wonder what’s going on now that they’ve caught Carly there with Drew.
Drew now knows about Harmony Miller’s (Inga Cadranel) claim that Willow is Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) biological daughter.
Since Drew also knows Carly got her hands on Nina’s glass for a DNA test, he was willing to help her score a DNA sample for Willow, too.
Carly just came back in the room with one, but she wasn’t able to get out of the house with Drew before Michael and Willow showed up.
That means Carly and Drew will have some explaining to do, but it looks like Drew will put the blame on Carly and let her sell an alternate version of events.
Fortunately, Carly’s pretty good at thinking fast in situations like this.
Perhaps Carly will act like she’s concerned about Michael’s fractured bond with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and through Drew could help her efforts to mend their father-son relationship.
Carly might act like they just decided to wait since Michael wasn’t home yet, so that all of that could work as a reasonable excuse.
Of course, Michael just had another run-in with Sonny, so he certainly won’t be in the mood to talk about making amends with his father.
Nevertheless, Willow will have concerns as well and will ask if Michael can honestly say that cutting Sonny out of his life doesn’t hurt.
Michael may admit it’s painful, but his anger far outweighs anything else right now.
At GH, Finn will fret over Elizabeth since she lied to him about staying at Wyndemere.
Although Finn will hope it’s a misunderstanding, he’ll worry Liz has decided to handle this dangerous stalker situation on her own.
Under the circumstances, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) will think Finn’s right to wonder.
We’ll see Laura get involved, so she may head over to Liz’s place with Finn.
In the meantime, Liz’s spooky session with Chelsea Lam (Jen Ray) will continue.
Chelsea can feel a “dark presence” in the house and has offered information that makes it sound like Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) is indeed the one haunting Liz.
Although Liz is struggling to believe that her loving husband would torment her like this, she’s desperate for answers.
Liz will encourage Chelsea the medium to speak to Franco for her, so she’ll want Franco to know that she’s ready to listen.
This session may take another scary turn just before Finn and Laura come barging in.
At Spring Ridge, Esme will show up to see Ryan, who’ll ask how badly she’s screwed things up.
Ryan believes Esme is gifted when it comes to diabolical scheming, but he also knows that she’s easily distracted by petty games.
Esme will offer a progress report that leaves Ryan disappointed in her.
This could potentially lead to Ryan getting violent with Esme again and warning her to move their plan along – or else!
Esme may promise to shift her focus to blowing up Ava Jerome Cassadine’s (Maura West) marriage to Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) sooner rather than later.
As for Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), he’ll hand over the pill from his shirt pocket and hope Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) can tell him exactly what it is.
The bottle wasn’t labeled by the time Spencer found it, but GH viewers will recall that it’s an opioid called Tramadol – at least if that’s the same pill bottle Esme used for her twisted cabin games.
Britt should have the pill tested and make a shocking discovery soon enough.
Until then, it’ll be Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) who gets a shock while babysitting.
It appears Nina will show up to see Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) and find Felicia with the sleeping grandkids instead.
Nina will ask why Felicia didn’t slam the door in her face, but Felicia may find a way to relate to Nina’s complicated mistakes and love for her grandchild.
Besides, Maxie wouldn’t want Felicia to be rude to Nina, so Felicia may think they can find common ground.
At least Nina isn’t as sick and devious as Peter August (Wes Ramsey)!
General Hospital spoilers say Nina will keep fighting for Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and a brighter future, so stay tuned.
