General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, May 5, tease that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will hide the Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) truth from Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) while Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) helps TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) cope. Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) weakness will also worry Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), so here’s what viewers can look forward to.
For starters, Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) will insist you can never have too many tea parties and rope Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) into having another one with her.
Meanwhile, Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) will get a phone call and insist it’s so good to hear some mystery person’s voice.
No matter who Brook Lynn is talking to, she’ll end up paying Chase and Violet a visit later.
They’ll celebrate May the Fourth Be You a day late since Chase forgot about having plans with Brook Lynn.
Of course, Brook Lynn won’t hold it against Chase since he’s in doting uncle mode!
There’ll be some cute moments as Brook Lynn, Chase and Violet have some fun with lightsabers.
At GH, TJ will open up to Britt about the loss of his patient.
Although TJ fought hard to save Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel), he couldn’t help her survive in the end – and the whole experience was worse than he ever could’ve imagined.
While Britt offers TJ advice on how to cope with losses like this, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will try to relieve some stress.
Liz will enjoy an outing with Terry Randolph (Cassandra James), but Terry will ultimately confess something – and she won’t think Liz is going to like it.
Perhaps Terry will take a similar stance to Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) when it comes to talk of ghosts.
Terry might have other advice that Liz finds difficult to accept, but we’ll see how it all plays out.
At some point, Liz might change the subject to Terry’s love life, which has been on hold since she’s waiting on Chet Driscoll (Chris Van Etten) to get back from his trip overseas.
Fortunately, Chet will make it back to town and greet Sonny upon his return.
Liz and Terry’s outing is set to come with a surprise, so it’s possible they’ll bump into Chet later.
However, there’s also the potential for another stalker incident since they’re happening more frequently and in more places.
Liz can’t seem to go anywhere without some eerie event going down, so there may be some shocker on Thursday’s GH episode as well.
As for Dante, he’ll pass along updates to Sonny at the boxing gym. That could involve news about Harmony’s death if Dante has heard her fate by then.
Dante might also talk to Sonny about the attempted robbery that ended with one thug beaten in the hospital and the other missing.
Dante will be hoping that’ll be the end of it, but he may express concern about other attacks and how Sonny will deal with them.
Sonny will wonder if Dante is saying he’s vulnerable or his business is vulnerable.
Although Sonny may act like he can handle whatever is thrown his way, Dante may have serious doubts about that.
At the Quartermaine gatehouse, Carly and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will watch what they say with Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos (Viron Weaver) around.
They’ll try to be sensitive and wait for Willow to take the lead here.
Michael won’t know how to protect Willow from the fallout of all this.
Michael will remain curious about the secret Harmony was willing to kill for – and Willow will push Carly to reveal the truth about what Harmony was trying to hide.
Thanks to Harmony’s dying words, Carly knows Nina was Willow’s biological mother.
Harmony begged Carly to keep the secret, so what will Carly do when facing all Willow’s pressure?
Carly will confess something that leaves Willow in disbelief, but it won’t be the whole story.
It’s possible Carly will admit Harmony wasn’t Willow’s bio mom since Alexis Davis (temporarily played by Stephanie Erb) knows that and could spill it anyway.
The part Carly may leave out is that Nina is Mommy Dearest!
This phase of the storyline is just getting started, so Carly seems poised to dig quite a hole for herself.
General Hospital spoilers say some twists are brewing as Carly tries to honor Harmony’s wishes and protect Willow from Nina.
