General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, October 6, teases that a horrific murder attempt will be made while Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) go on a double date. Cody Bell’s (Josh Kelly) dangerous gamble will also lead to trouble, so here’s what GH fans can expect.
First, Cody will decide to steer clear of Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) to avoid any more DNA test pressure.
There’ll be enough drama for one night since Cody will be tasked with influencing the high-stakes poker game.
Cody worked out an arrangement with Selina Wu (Lydia Look), but he’ll have to deliver what he’s promised.
If Cody can’t influence the right players and make the numbers work in Selina’s favor, she’s not going to be a happy camper.
Selina will come to Cody with a major issue that could affect both of them.
Cody may have to turn things around if he hopes to avoid another beating in the alley or worse.
Other GH spoilers say Dante will have a quick fix for someone, so that could be Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).
Despite all the latest Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) feuding, Dante may have hope for Michael to make amends with their father.
Whatever the case, Dante will give someone advice while Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) gets some guidance from her mother.
Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will want Trina to find a peaceful path forward with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turn), but that can’t happen if he refuses to respect boundaries.
Although the fellowship Curtis arranged was a nice gesture, he should’ve talked to Trina about it first.
Instead, Curtis is making unilateral decisions that affect Trina’s life – and she’ll make it clear that she’s not going to stand for that.
Curtis will offer an explanation at some point, so we’ll see if Trina or somebody else is on the receiving end. Regardless, it looks like there could be another round of conflict coming up between Trina and Curtis.
Over with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), he’ll be willing to walk away from his music career if need be.
Chase won’t want any of this to get in the way of his romance with Brook Lynn Quartermaine (temporarily played by Briana Lane), but she’ll keep his eye on the prize.
Chase will ultimately get on stage for a performance at The Savoy, so this feels like the perfect time for “The Hook” to strike.
The hook villain will indeed target someone else, so Chase’s song might offer the ideal distraction during the murder attempt.
Curtis may be a likely contender when it comes to who’ll get speared next, but we’ll have to see how it all plays out!
On another note, it appears there could be some hostility since Elizabeth and Finn are hiding things from each other.
Finn may have some secrets regarding his past on the Mariana Islands with Reiko Finn (Mele Ihara), but Liz hasn’t mentioned her memory of Reiko or the sketch she drew.
Elizabeth will seem rather agitated as she talks to Finn about the changes in his life, but she may chill out once Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) and Yuri (Cyrus Hobbi) arrive.
This will turn into a little double date night, so maybe that’ll get Liz’s mind off things for a while.
At Spring Ridge, Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) will get updates on Esme Prince’s (Avery Pohl) whereabouts in recent months.
Esme will spill her harrowing encounter with Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) and talk about what she’s been up to since her fall off the parapet.
Now Esme will want to resume her work with Ryan and will suggest a new takedown tactic for all their enemies.
General Hospital spoilers say that could mean bad news for anyone who’s dared to cross Ryan or Esme, so stay tuned!
