General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, September 1, tease that Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) panicked call for help will bring a shocker while Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) hidden agenda is exposed. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will also confess to Anna Devane (Finola Hughes), so let’s talk about what’s in store.
For starters, Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman) will pay Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) a visit and perhaps get updates on her Drew dilemma.
It’ll seem like Bobbie’s holding her tongue, so Carly will invite her to say whatever it is that she wants to say.
Carly feels like she needs to forge her own path for a while – especially now that her identity isn’t so tied to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).
This is a new defining period for Carly, but Bobbie may feel like she’s making excuses out of fear.
Drew assured Carly that she didn’t have to be afraid, so Bobbie may push her to trust him and hand over her heart.
Although Carly has a lot to lose, she also has so much to gain if it works out.
Carly will rethink her choice to back off this romance, so she may have some good news for Drew later.
In the meantime, Drew will find Curtis at The Savoy and perhaps suggest he just wants to catch up.
However, Curtis knows his friend awfully well and will push Drew to tell him the real reason he stopped by.
Drew will end up spilling what happened with Carly, so Curtis will prove he’s a great listener and will offer excellent advice, too.
Over with Anna and Valentin, they’ll reach an agreement.
It’s time to be truly honest with each other, so Valentin will confess that Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) is essentially holding Charlotte Cassadine (Amelia McLain) hostage.
Anna already developed suspicions about that since she learned Charlotte stayed for the summer at boarding school, where a benefactor donated a state-of-the-art equestrian center.
Now Anna has been working to find out if Victor was the donor, but Valentin should confirm it’s true.
Although Valentin will hate that he’s had to deceive Anna, he may argue that he’s just been doing his best to put Charlotte’s safety first.
At GH, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will admit she hasn’t told Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) everything, so she may fill him in on her staircase flashbacks and how these memory gaps she keeps having seem to correlate.
As for Jordan, she’ll insist it’s Victor’s turn to answer questions about the night of Ava Jerome Cassadine’s (Maura West) attack.
Victor will prove he’s a slippery character as usual and dodge any bullets he needs to dodge.
However, Jordan will be keeping her eye on Victor as well as Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma).
Later, Victor will tell Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) that “she” is going to learn the hard way what it means to cross a Cassadine, so he may not appreciate Jordan’s grilling session.
Of course, Victor also vowed to handle Ava if she awakens, but now Trina is obviously worried that she won’t.
Ava’s monitors are going haywire, so a frantic Trina will rush out of her ICU room and yell for help.
