General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Thursday, September 1, teases that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will have a change of heart while Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) seeks the real story. Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will also grill Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), so here’s what viewers can expect.
At GH, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will come clean to Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton).
It sounds like Finn will find out about Liz’s memories of the stairs and the mystery woman she’s fighting with in those flashbacks.
Whenever Liz’s mind takes her back to the trauma, she usually snaps out of a trance and realizes she’s missing a good chunk of time.
Finn has been begging Liz to trust him and let him help her, so it seems she’ll finally open up and get some support on this.
Next, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will have to address their own trust issues.
Valentin will admit he hasn’t been honest with Anna, but he’ll realize she knows that already.
Of course, Anna hasn’t been honest with Valentin either since she’s plotting behind his back.
There’s no point in playing games any longer – not when Valentin can just confess there’s one very good reason why he’s doing Victor’s bidding.
Anna has a hunch that Victor is using Charlotte Cassadine (Amelia McLain) to control Valentin, so he’ll apparently offer confirmation.
Valentin isn’t even allowed to see Charlotte in person since she’s essentially being held captive at boarding school, though she doesn’t realize what’s going on.
While Valentina and Anna get honest, Curtis will encourage Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) to do the same.
When Drew pops up at The Savoy, Curtis will think he’s there for more than a drink or a friendly chat.
Drew will ultimately admit he needs some guidance and will share his latest Carly issues.
Curtis may not be a romantic expert, but he’s got a successful relationship with Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) right now and will offer some words of wisdom.
It turns out Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman) will offer some advice to Carly as well.
Carly will sense that Bobbie wants to weigh in on her Drew issues, so she’ll invite Bobbie to spill her opinion.
Bobbie may think Carly is stuck in her own head and needs to start following her heart.
It’s obvious that a huge part of Carly wants to take this leap with Drew, so Bobbie may convince her to go for it.
Carly will indeed change her mind about something in Thursday’s GH episode, so that could mean she’ll throw caution to the wind and move forward with Drew.
At the hospital, Victor will face an interrogation about the night of Ava Jerome Cassadine’s (Maura West) attack.
Jordan will throw plenty of questions at Victor, who’ll be annoyed and may argue that the police should be focusing their attention elsewhere.
Victor will hint about someone learning a hard lesson about crossing the Cassadines. If Jordan takes her suspicions too far, Victor may vow to handle her.
Unfortunately, questions remain about the steps Victor might’ve taken to deal with Ava – and the steps he might still take!
Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) may continue to wonder if Victor might be hiding something, but he’ll soon turn his attention back to Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).
Since Ava’s monitors are signaling that she’s in distress, Trina will rush to find a doctor who can help her immediately.
General Hospital spoilers say there’ll be some scary moments as Trina waits for more news on Ava’s condition.
