General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will deal with some difficult emotions now that Rory Cabrera (Michael Blake Kruse) is gone. Trina has complicated feelings since she was all set to be honest about not reciprocating Rory’s love – only to watch him die after getting hooked.
Of course, Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) will want to be there for Trina in any way he can.
Trina’s feelings for Spencer are complicated as well, but she’ll get some comfort from his presence anyway during the week of December 19-23.
That’s also when Spencer and Trina will toss some ideas around. It looks like Spencer will console Trina over Rory’s death and promise he’ll help her crack this case.
Although the cops previously thought Esme Prince (Avery Pohl) might be responsible, there are growing concerns that it may be someone else instead.
Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) backed up that theory, which Jordan Ashford’s (Tanisha Harper) team had already been working on.
Now Trina’s terrified of some mystery woman who’s taking out people she cares about one by one.
GH fans know Esme can’t be the killer since she’s locked up tight as Wyndemere, so Trina is right to be concerned about the unknown threat.
However, Spencer may make a big speech to reassure Trina that no harm will come to her.
The goal will be to expose “The Hook” and spread the news before another life is claimed.
Spencer may also assure Trina that he’ll help her get justice for Rory. That’d go a long way toward giving Trina the closure she needs.
Naturally, this will also give Trina and Spencer a fun storyline where they’ll play amateur detective together.
That sounds awfully dangerous, but Spencer would put his own life on the line in a heartbeat if he had to for Trina’s sake.
Trina and Spencer will apparently take matters into their own hands despite the risks.
The week of December 26-30 will continue Spencer and Trina’s partnership as their determination grows.
Spencer may vow to get updates on the truth and help solve this case with Trina by his side.
This could be a fantastic way to bring Spencer and Trina together just in time for 2023 to kick off.
