General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, April 19, tease that Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) will face a tricky cover-up while Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) trade confessions. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will also quiz Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez), so let’s talk about what’s next.
At GH, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will continue to clash.
After Portia questions if Jordan can truly be impartial in Trina Robinson’s (Tabyana Ali) case, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will do his best to ease the tension between them.
Meanwhile, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will grow suspicious after Cameron Webber (William Lipton) cuts Spencer too much slack.
Josslyn will demand to know whose side Cam is on and will feel like he should stand against Spencer for how he’s treating Trina.
Of course, Cameron knows Spencer is actually scheming to take Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) down and get Trina off the hook.
Although Spencer swore him to secrecy, it’ll be tough for Cam to deceive Joss about something so huge.
As for Spencer, he’ll have a heartfelt conversation with Britt and get put on the spot.
Britt will ask if Spencer believes Trina filmed that video, so he may admit that he doesn’t.
However, Spencer may act like things are complicated with Esme.
Since Spencer may not be willing to divulge the truth to Britt, he could leave her with concerns about driving his real friends away over someone untrustworthy.
At the boxing gym, Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) will strengthen his bond with TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow).
It looks like they’ll talk about love and happiness, so Marshall should be glad that TJ’s found the life he wanted with Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos).
Drew will also serve as Michael’s sparring partner in the ring, so that’ll give them a chance to confide in each other.
Michael will no doubt spill the latest Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) drama, but he’ll want to hear Drew’s troubles, too.
Drew may admit to feeling a little stuck since he came back to Port Charles.
Drew lost so much time while everyone else moved on with their lives, so there’s definitely been an adjustment period.
Nevertheless, Drew will be committed to moving forward and building a new life for himself.
Other General Hospital spoilers say Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will keep secrets from Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).
Valentin will manage to curb her suspicions and stick to his story of convalescing following a blood infection.
Valentin won’t let Anna in the loop on his trip to French Polynesia, but he’ll approve of how she handled the drama.
At one point, Valentin will tell Anna that he absolutely would’ve done the same thing, so that may be related to her latest mission.
Regardless, Valentin will also want to apologize for worrying Anna since she couldn’t get in touch for so long.
Valentin will kick the romance up a notch and lead to some flying “Vanna” sparks.
At the pier, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will call the cops now that she’s found a dead body floating in the water.
Once Alexis confirms that corpse is Brendon, she’ll be even more unsettled.
As the investigation gets underway, Harmony will dodge some tough questions from Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) and grow closer to her.
Harmony will nearly spill more than she means to, but she’ll rein herself in and fight to protect all her secrets later this week.
Harmony has got some big ones since she’s responsible for Brendon’s death and Willow isn’t her biological daughter!
