General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, April 26, tease that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will race to stop Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel), so Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) will escape death. Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will also fear Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) mistake, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
For starters, Alexis will rush to Harmony’s secluded spot in hopes of preventing disaster.
More danger is on the way since Harmony apparently managed to drug Carly with that syringe.
Harmony has stashed unconscious Carly in the trunk and is at the cliff’s edge, so it’s easy to see why the stakes are high!
Although Harmony will declare that she can’t stop now, Alexis will soon force her to.
Alexis will take a nasty blow to the head during the confrontation that’s brewing, but she’ll manage to save Carly’s life.
It could even be a team effort where Carly ultimately comes to and saves Alexis’ life in return.
No matter how all this plays out, both Alexis and Carly will need care at the hospital in the coming episodes.
Harmony will also live to tell the tale, so her secrets will remain in jeopardy.
Next, Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) will arrive to see Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) just in time.
That could mean Sasha will show up just in time to hear something about Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) taking care of those attempted robbers.
Whatever the case, Sasha will indeed grill Nina about how Sonny handled the situation.
Sasha will ask if Sonny killed the thugs, but Nina may feel it’s best if Sasha doesn’t concern herself with the details!
Over with Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor), he’ll talk to someone and admit that something’s part of the problem.
Brando might speak to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) about the weak perception of Sonny around town and grow concerned about what he’s doing to combat that.
Dante will eventually grill Sonny and rile him up in the process.
That could involve questions about whether Sonny took justice into his own hands – and GH fans know he indeed did.
Sonny will end up lashing out at Dante and may feel like no one in his family is on his side anymore.
Sonny won’t think Dante should judge until he’s walked a mile in somebody else’s shoes.
Of course, Michael just declared he was done and cut Sonny out of his life.
Although Michael seems certain this is the right call, Willow will worry he’s going to regret it.
After Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) stands by her decision to stay in her home, Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will be frustrated.
Finn may take some of that frustration out on Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), especially since he’ll feel like she’s been filling Aiden Spencer’s (Enzo De Angelis) head with ideas about ghosts.
Lucy will think they’ll have to agree to disagree when it comes to other realms involving spirits.
Later, Lucy will make a suggestion to Liz about contacting a medium and getting to the bottom of things.
If Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) is truly reaching out from beyond the grave, Lucy will think this is the way to find out.
