General Hospital (GH) spoilers update for Tuesday, April 26, teases that Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) retaliation will spark questions – and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will receive some haunting help. Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will also get injured, so here’s what GH fans can expect.
First, it seems Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) will once again encourage Liz to seek shelter elsewhere – just until this whole stalker situation can be sorted out.
However, Liz should stand her ground on staying in her own home. She feels the need to stick around and try to uncover the truth behind this mystery.
After Finn bickers with Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) about ghosts and her recent chat with Aiden Spencer (Enzo De Angelis), Lucy will propose an idea to Liz.
Since Liz is starting to fear she’s being haunted, Lucy will suggest a medium could help her communicate with Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth).
As for Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), she’ll wonder if Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is really prepared to cut Sonny out of his life.
Michael will stand by his decision to push Sonny away, but Willow will worry regrets will follow sooner or later.
Next, Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) will talk to someone about his perspective.
It looks like Brando may battle more concerns about Sonny’s vulnerable reputation and could perhaps share those concerns with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).
Dante knows his father well enough to realize Sonny won’t just let the recent robbery go.
GH spoilers say Dante’s going to grill Sonny, so may ask questions about the perps going off the radar as soon as they were back on the streets.
Dante may assume this is a case of vigilante justice and worry that Sonny’s just going to prompt another round of mob retaliation.
The topic of Sonny’s feud with Michael may come up as well and leave Dante fearful about the long-term damage to their relationship.
Sonny will get agitated since he’ll feel like everyone’s turning against him – except for Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), who’s only grown more accepting of Sonny and his risky mob lifestyle lately.
There’ll be some mob-related questions when Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) stops by to see Nina on Tuesday, April 26.
Sasha will show up at exactly the right time and may overhear something as a result.
One way or another, Sasha will find out something about the thugs that tried to rob Charlie’s Pub.
When Sasha learns Sonny took care of them, she’ll ask Nina if that means he killed them.
Nina may not be sure what to say, but she’ll tackle the conversation as best as she can.
After Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) gets out of her car, she’ll refuse to be a quitter.
Harmony may cling to the last bit of hope that she can keep all her secrets and keep Willow in her life.
However, Alexis will rush to the cliff and get in Harmony’s way.
Harmony won’t be able to murder Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) like she plans to, but the drama will still spiral out of control.
Alexis will land in danger along with Carly, so look for Alexis to face a bloody forehead by the end of all this.
General Hospital spoilers say Alexis and Harmony will be hospitalized soon, but at least they’ll make it out of all the mayhem alive.
Harmony will survive as well, but for how long?
The character is definitely getting some doomed backed-into-a-corner writing, so that doesn’t bode well for Harmony’s future!
