General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, August 16, tease that Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) will get her biopsy results while Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) bursts in the courtroom. Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) will also threaten Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) with the cops, so here’s what GH fans can expect.
At the hospital, Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will admit she tried to negotiate with Oz Haggerty (Max Faugno), so Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will hope she offered him a good deal.
However, time is running out since the jury just came back and the verdict is about to be read.
Fortunately, Robert will end up barging in and demanding that the proceedings stop immediately.
It looks like DA Scorpio may bring an eleventh hour save for Trina and help her avoid the prison sentence she’s been dreading.
At Wyndemere, Victor will push Nikolas for the whole truth.
Nikolas just blurted out that Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) is dead, so Victor will want some answers – and he’ll threaten to go to the police if Nik doesn’t come clean.
Of course, Nikolas won’t be willing to rat out Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West), so he’ll take all the blame and hope Victor buys it.
Victor may eventually suspect Nikolas is covering for Ava, but that could lead to some good blackmail material down the road.
Over with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison), he’ll talk business with Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell).
Drew will insist he has a way to make Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) give up control of ELQ.
GH fans already heard Drew make his pitch, which involved getting rid of Victor.
Drew’s hoping that’ll serve as enough incentive to make Valentin vacate the throne, but Michael may not be as hopeful.
Elsewhere, Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will alert Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) to a situation, so this could have something to do with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) date.
Sonny will indeed join Nina at the Metro Court for a lovely evening together, so they’ll flirt and talk about how they make things interesting.
As for Olivia, she’ll also pick up on the new vibe between Carly and Drew, so she’ll be curious about whether they might be more than friends.
Later, Nina and Carly will gear up for a heated confrontation – one that’ll turn physical by midweek. It’s clear that the war between these two is far from over!
In the meantime, Sonny will want to discuss Dex Heller’s (Evan Hofer) past.
Michael tried to fix Dex’s background check in advance, but there’ll still be something in his history that makes Sonny uneasy.
While Sonny corners Dex and pressures him for updates, Willow will face her fears.
In Terry Randolph’s (Cassandra James) office, Willow will learn her biopsy results came back – and the look on Terry’s face will tell her this is bad news.
General Hospital spoilers say Willow will deal with some devastation, so TJ Ashford’s (Tajh Bellow) leukemia suspicions should be confirmed.
