General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, December 20, tease that Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will share another close moment. It’s getting harder and harder to fight what’s happening between them, so Dex will urge Josslyn to stop denying herself what she really needs!
At Wyndemere, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will inform Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) that his marriage is over.
Spencer will have his doubts about Nikolas walking away from Ava Jerome (Maura West) for good, but Nik will insist it’s true.
In fact, Nikolas will claim he had an affair with Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst), so he’ll keep spreading that lie.
Whether the baby bombshell comes into play here or not, Spencer will become enraged over Nikolas’ string of bad decisions.
Speaking of bad decisions, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will acknowledge that one can change your whole life.
This could go all the way back to Cody’s sealed juvenile arrest record and the buried drama of his youth.
Since Cody gave up his chance to have Mac Scorpio (John J. York) as a father, that may also be haunting him now – especially since Cody didn’t even get his hands on the diamond necklace.
Cody’s real DNA results will inevitably come out sooner or later, but let’s talk about some different DNA results in the meantime – the ones that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) would like to keep under wraps.
Carly just walked in on Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) confronting Denise McKenzie (Alex Rietveld) about all her deception, so she’ll realize her cover-up is getting messier by the second.
Drew will refuse to let Denise leave until he finds out why she lied about Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) birth mother.
It seems Carly will find some way to intervene and then she’ll make it worth Denise’s while to back her up in the aftermath.
Carly will keep the truth about Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) bio mom status quiet for now, but that’ll get even more difficult as this story moves along.
Drew’s going to settle on a new theory that could give Carly yet another crisis to handle, so she may have to make some updates to her strategy.
Other GH spoilers say Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will talk to Mac about the serial killer investigation while Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) battles concerns.
Sam may fear for Dante’s safety considering how close he came to “The Hook.”
Of course, Sam might also worry about Dante’s past coming back to haunt him.
Cody and Dante are keeping risky secrets about when they were younger, so Sam will have plenty of reasons to fret.
At the hospital, Liz will face Ava’s wrath over the affair and pregnancy news. When Elizabeth tells Ava that she’s sorry, Ava will fire back that Liz will be!
General Hospital spoilers say Ava will continue to believe Liz and Nik’s phony story, so she’ll deliver a fierce threat and plan to take action.
