General Hospital Spoilers: Tuesday, February 15 Recap – Obrecht Pulls Gun on Austin – Nina Threatens War Against Carly

General Hospital (GH) spoilers recap for Tuesday, February 15, reveals that Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) pulled a gun on Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) as part of their plan. Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) also surrendered custody of Louise August (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt) so let’s talk about how Tuesday’s action went down.

In Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) office, she looked at a card one of the girls had made of their happy family.

Rebecca Diamond, who was Carly’s new attorney, then showed up to discuss her divorce with her.

Rebecca pulled out a recorder for Carly’s “wish list,” but Carly insisted she just wanted to go over her options.

When Rebecca wondered if that was a polite way of saying Carly wasn’t ready to divorce her husband, Carly confirmed that her marriage was over.

Carly just wanted to end this as quickly and painlessly as possible.

Rebecca pushed for all the gory details and heard the story of Carly finding Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) in bed with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).

That delighted Rebecca, who felt Carly had confessed more than enough to take Sonny to the cleaners.

That wasn’t what Carly wanted, but Rebecca argued that she could get Carly full custody of Donna Corinthos (Ava Rose).

Carly mentioned going through a contentious divorce with Sonny before and how it hurt their children, so she wasn’t interested in doing that again.

Carly was, however, interested in making Nina pay for every lie and everything she’d stolen from her family.

Rebecca seemed on board with that plan and suggested they start talking about her retainer.

At GH, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) told Nina that she’d heard about Carly and Sonny’s breakup.

Britt was eager to find out how Nina did it and surprised her with the news that Carly had already taken off her ring.

Nina wanted to talk about missing Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) instead.

Nina asked if Britt had any idea where Maxie and Peter August (Wes Ramsey) might’ve gone, but Britt had no clue.

At The Invader, a sleazy guy gave Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) a new pitch after his other terrible ones were rejected. He had a big scoop on Nina invading the marriage of Sonny the mob boss, but Alexis called him out on some facts he got wrong.

Alexis also felt they’d get sued if they ran the story, so she passed and sent him on his way.

At the Metro Court, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) assured Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) that they would make it to Paris.

When Willow saw Harmony Miller (Inga Cadranel) walk in, she called out and hoped for some updates on her birth certificate situation.

Harmony acted like she was busy, but Willow wondered how long it took to track down her daughter’s birth certificate.

After Harmony realized Michael and Willow had been digging into this on their own, she grew concerned. Harmony ended up insisting she was in a hurry and rushing off.

At the hospital, Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) told Mac Scorpio (John J. York) that Peter had taken Maxie hostage, so he became determined to get out of bed and find her.

Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy) gave Mac a stern lecture until he agreed to stay put.

Felicia admitted she also had good news before revealing Louise was alive and well.

Mac was eager to see his granddaughter, but Epiphany arrived to whisk her patient off to another test first.

At home, Brook Lynn and Chase talked about how Felicia and Mac had entrusted them with Louise the last two nights.

Nevertheless, Chase and Brook Lynn knew they were always just supposed to be parent placeholders and had to give the baby up.

Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) arrived to essentially say their goodbyes to “Bailey” aka Louise.

They took some sweet pics with “Bailey,” Chase and Brook Lynn as a little family farewell.

Soon after, it was time for Brook Lynn and Chase to take the baby to Felicia and Mac.

When Chase and Brook Lynn found Felicia at the hospital, she was overjoyed to see Louise and got a little smile out of her granddaughter.

In Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) suite, he spoke to a henchman over the phone.

Victor wanted his minion to find Peter before the authorities and report back with a progress report soon.

Austin wound up bursting in soon after and threatened Victor with a syringe in hopes of finding out where Peter took Maxie.

Liesl pulled a gun on Austin and convinced him to put the syringe away, so he ultimately backed off and left.

Victor was grateful to Liesl for coming to his rescue and wondered how he could ever repay her.

Obrecht flirted with Victor and tried to sweet-talk him into finding Maxie, but Victor wondered what was in it for him.

Although Liesl was committed to Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner), she thought it’d be fun to revel in Peter’s misery with Victor.

After Victor admitted he liked the idea, he agreed to do what he could to find Maxie.

Obrecht was pleased and kept playing with the lapels of Victor’s jacket throughout the conversation.

Victor seemed eager for a kiss, but Liesl took off without giving him one.

Back at The Invader, Harmony showed up to see Alexis, who explained that she talked to Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) and learned there was no avenue to substitute a fake birth certificate for a real one.

Harmony corrected Alexis that there was no legal avenue, but Alexis thought the best thing Harmony would do was just be honest with Willow.

Although Alexis felt that Willow would understand, Harmony disagreed. In the end, Harmony admitted there was more to the story that she hadn’t shared.

Back with Michael, he was suspicious of Harmony’s behavior and wondered what she was so afraid of.

Willow felt that perhaps Harmony deserved more credit for turning her life around.

Willow cracked a joke about Harmony turning out to be Wiley Quartermaine-Corinthos’ (Viron Weaver) most drama-free grandma.

Michael then got a call from his connection at the state department and learned there was no record of Willow’s birth in any state or anywhere else in the world.

Willow was floored since it was like she didn’t exist.

At GH again, Britt explained her hunch that Victor spilled the Louise truth to Peter.

Nina wondered who told Victor right as Austin appeared and confirmed he was to blame.

Britt pointed out that Liesl wasn’t the type of woman to relent. She added that Obrecht adjusted and improvised, so Austin said he already knew that.

That left Britt worried, so she warned Austin not to engage in any shenanigans with Liesl.

Nina agreed since there was always collateral damage, but both Britt and Nina soon realized they were too late.

Austin was already in cahoots with Obrecht on a new scheme.

Liesl asked to borrow the good doctor and took Austin to another room, where they listened to Victor through the listening device Obrecht planted on his lapel.

They overheard Victor telling his henchman that Peter needed to be found and silenced – once and for all!

As for Britt, she felt that Nina had made a bad enemy in Carly. Britt warned that if Carly got the chance, she would burn Nina’s life to the ground.

“If Carly wants a war, I’ll give her a war,” Nina insisted.
