General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, February 22, tease that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) will find that he can’t escape death – and a mysterious prisoner will be shackled elsewhere. Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will also get a cabin surprise, so here’s what GH fans can look forward to.
For starters, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) will shout for Peter to come and get her.
It looks like Maxie will try to set a trap – perhaps with the help of Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) in her rental car.
Meanwhile, Drew will point his weapon at someone down on the floor of the cabin.
Drew will urge this person to drop the gun, but maybe it’ll be the caretaker who’s armed and trying to protect himself.
Regardless, Drew should get a shock while Peter goes after Maxie on foot.
There’s a good chance Felicia will either run over Peter or chase him into the woods so that the repeatedly mentioned wolves can get him.
Either way, Peter won’t survive the night!
At Kelly’s, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) will taunt Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) about the gift Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) gave Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla).
Esme just apologized to Trina, but Joss didn’t buy it and mentioned that present to rile Esme up.
The plan will work on Tuesday, but the conversation will shift to something else and force Esme to lie.
Maybe this will involve Esme’s return trip to the cabin, which presumably happened offscreen by now.
Esme wanted to retrieve the phone with the video of Josslyn and Cameron Webber’s (William Lipton) first time in bed together, but she obviously can’t tell Joss that.
It looks Esme may offer another story that Josslyn doesn’t believe.
“Is that explanation as fake as the rest of you?” Josslyn asks in Tuesday’s preview video.
Unfortunately, Joss will just end up making things worse for Trina by stirring up more tension, so Trina will lash out once Esme’s gone.
Over with Laura Collins (Genie Francis), she’ll have a meeting that takes an unexpected turn.
Laura will speak with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and wonder how something’s going to affect them, so we’ll see if any Peter or Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) updates change the game.
Someone’s feet are shackled in Tuesday’s promo as well – and it appears this mysterious prisoner may be connected to Victor’s agenda.
Whatever the case, Victor will get some frustrating news, so that’ll likely involve Peter escaping the WSB agent that Victor has working for him.
Since Peter will still end up dead, Victor should get better news later on.
Next, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will complain about Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) pushing for their divorce.
Their negotiations won’t go well, but Carly will insist this path was set in motion because Sonny decided to sleep with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).
Carly will feel like Sonny needs to accept that their marriage is over and live with the consequences of his actions.
General Hospital spoilers say Sonny will leave Carly’s office heartbroken, so don’t miss the gripping scenes ahead.
